"My sincere thanks to the folks at Radwell. During the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy, we were struggling to recover from 3' of sea water that infiltrated our facility. We had received a damaged replacement part that was ordered from another company. Being a weekend, this other company was not open. After contacting Radwell, they found an alternate part for me, and opened shop on Sunday morning for me to pick up the part. This saved us days toward getting our line back up and running, as this part was needed on a critical piece of equipment. I also had the opportunity to take a short tour of the facility, it is a first class facility that is very organized. I did not realize how many industrial components they had. Radwell will always be on my radar screen for industrial control parts.

"The power supply I ordered from Radwell International worked like a charm as suspected. They were really the only place that I found with a quality appearance and trusted reputation. Service and shipping were fast and the product was delivered as described. Would like to do business again but hopefully I won't have to (don't like when things break).
The fact that they followed up with a personal email to me about a simple cheap product was very thoughtful and caring from them. Nothing more to be said, quality products with good prices and exceptional service.
Edit: I forgot to mention they send a little treat bag which is a great touch! Changed 'how likely I am to shop here again' to extremely because I just had to order more replacements."

"We have requests for many hard to find parts and Radwell is able to provide the parts. One part was backordered but arrived a couple days after the original shipment. I check Radwell/PLC Center for parts first. "

"We appreciated the availability of the item, which was an older pressure switch, a great price, and the very prompt delivery. Four families were suffering through repetitive water outages and the part solved the problem.

We definitely will return to Radwell International for other parts as needed."

"I hope this will help everyone understand how this company works. When you place an order online, it's not really an order, it's what they call an order request. The prices are not necessarily the actual prices. I think these are just some prices that were in their system at some point in the past. Once this order request is placed, for all parts where they act as the middleman, they begin calling their vendors and getting prices and terms. When some of the vendors inform them of different prices that are higher, they then put your "order request" on hold, for you to then approve the new (higher) price and / or terms (non-cancelable / non-returnable). This is their process, it's not really an order in their mind, even though the price has been given (online pricing), accepted by you, and even paid for (paypal). The fact that an order is a contract is circumvented via the "order request" status. I thought I had bought some stuff, but apparently I didn't. I have now cancelled that order / order request, and if i can, I'll report back as to how long it takes to get a refund. The rep said that the pricing will be updated tomorrow...we'll see. Also, I have bought some stuff from them via E-bay, which I do highly recommend, as they are required to be upfront with all terms and conditions per E-bay policy, and everything ran smoothly.

Update: Today, I was contacted and they were willing to process the order as placed. I am changing my rating based on this."

Please allow us to confirm all information that is listed at the website but especially when the data is tagged with an older date. We communicate with over 13,000 manufactures to keep our data as accurate as possible. Because of the sheer magnitude (many millions) of part numbers we list and stock, some data may become outdated over time. If this occurs we contact the manufacturer to determine the current information and communicate our findings to the interested party. "The quotes and estimates I received for parts were quick and accurate. The New old stock components were in excellent condition with all original documetation. Every item was accurately described and only one of the components had a delay while getting new from the manufacturer."

"My customer's 300HP drive was down and the manufacturer did not have the circuit board required for at least two months. I went on line to plccenter.com and found a board for that drive. I called and spoke with Kyle who quickly got all the info required and emailed me a quote for the rush delivery. All looked ok and he proceeded from his end. I received a call from Kyle and their tech Michael a half an hour later to confirm the series and revision of circuit board as there had been some confusion in the past with this particular part number. Michael emailed me four excellent pictures of the board so that I could confirm that it was indeed exactly the revision/series issue required. Again, all looked good. The board was received early the next day, less than 24 hours from the initial call, and I proceeded to the customer’s site. The circuit board was configured on site to match the original and everything started up fine. The customer was extremely happy having the situation resolved so quickly.

I am very impressed that Radwell took the time to verify the part via photos to eliminate any errors/issues.

"In the event of the ASCO rebuild kit that I had purchased from you. Your shipping was reasonably efficient. Upon receiving it, I immediately repaired our valve and put it back into service. ASCO recommends that one rebuild these valves once a year. However, I let this one go for 5 years and only when it wasn’t closing anymore did I remember that I hadn’t serviced it for a while. Of course, the diaphragm had turned into a solid inflexible material keeping the valve from closing.

Thanks for having this at such a radically reasonable price!
