However, the biggest consideration in my decision to buy a SAGER from PCTORQUE hinged on the companies accidental protection coverage. Having spent over five grand on a computer, the accidental protection coverage offered by PCtorque was an absolutely essential aspect of my purchase. All in all, PCtorque did what they set out to do, they offered a high quality computer at a competitive price with options that were unrivaled by their competitors."

"This is my second purchase from PC Torque. Their customer support is always very responsive. I had no problems getting repairs under warranty with my last laptop, even though I could have been at fault for causing the issue. My only issue with my recent purchase has to do with attempting to make a cash payment to receive a discount. I made the mistake of using Bank of America's Online Bill Pay. The check was never delivered and delayed the process by a week and a half. So if you want to make a cash payment I suggest using the traditional wire payments or mailing in a check yourself. But now I'm looking forward to getting my kick ass laptop delivered tomorrow.

I was advised later in the day that our new computer had been shipped from California and to expect delivery on 21st of January. Got the best price from (Ben) PC Torgue as well. We recieved the computer in excellent condition on day promised. You cannot have a better purchase experience then this from a company that does what it says. "I ordered a customized Sager notebook from PC Torque.
Among four or five US distributors of Clevo-based notebooks I contacted, PCT was the friendliest. They answered quite a few questions I had, quickly and to the point - even got an answer over the weekend, and they honoured all my specific requests.
They were also the only ones who offered a significant discount for a (really hefty) UPS fee for international shipment. (For some reason, UPS charges for shipping to Central Europe about the same as shipping to the top f Himalayas.)
Besides PCT solved a small screw-up the bank made with the money transfer - quickly and without much further ado - though it had cost them a couple of bucks.
Even sent me a Vantec lock (that I originally ordered, but guys at Sager somehow forgot to pack it along with the notebook), immediately after I told them it wasn't included - without any further questions and any additional shipping costs (which probably amounted to two or three times the price of the lock itself).
I don't usually buy such pricey items over the Net and was a bit worried at first, and not at all surprised about the bank and packaging glitches - though none were PCT's fault and they did their best to smooth them out to my satisfaction.
Overall, buying the notebook from PC Torque turned out to be quite a pleasant experience and I can only recommend them."

"I ordered a high-end laptop from PC Torque at around 8 pm, and it shipped the day after next (which is much faster than I can say for certain commodity laptop suppliers). Their web site was easy to use, and their price was the best I could find for this model. Also, PC Torque answered a question I had in December about the model, a month before I placed the order. So - so far I'm very happy with my experience with them, and I look forward to receiving the laptop. I hope I never need service from PC Torque, but I'm confident that it would match the rest of my experience with them."
