Explained the problem and gave the rep the order number. 20 seconds later the rep apologized for the mistake and said the modem would be sent right out. One hour later I received shipping confirmation by email with UPS tracking code. I have ordered several items in the past. All items were as advertised, well packed and was shipped fast! This company does not burn you up on shipping charges! I would recommend this company to anyone. I will defiantly order again!"
