"Disappointing to say the least. I placed my order on a Tuesday and paid extra for 2nd Day UPS shipping. Here it is, one week later, and I finally received the product, after 2 calls to customer service ON THE DAY I WAS SUPPOSED TO RECEIVE IT...they couldn't even give me a UPS Tracking number! While there was some bad weather I still don't buy that it should take 7 days when I paid $26 for 2nd day freight. On the plus side, I did get the product I ordered (Canon Color Copier Drum Unit) and it was $50 less than anywhere else I saw it online. Overall, poor customer service and if I order again I won't pay for any expedited services.

FOLLOW UP. Shortly after writing this review I was contacted by Customer Service and offered 1) a sincere apology and 2) a refund on the 2nd day freight which showed up in my bank account about a day and a half later. So, I'm not AS disappointed, but it sure would have been nice if the first 2 contacts with Customer Service were better. Due to PC Rush's pricing I'll probably try them again."

"I purchased a canon printer from them last week. I had some issue with installing the driver. I called in and they were able to direct me to get it all fixed. Easy to use site, very good customer service. I would recommend this site to all."

"I purchased a Sony HT-CT150 3D Sound Bar System from them and 2 weeks later I still had not received it. I sent 2 emails to customer service during that time with no reply at all. So I called and spoke with someone in customer service who told me that it was shipped but returned to them because it was "damaged in transit" and they would send me another one right out. I still never received it 5 days later (and no shipping or tracking information) so I called back and spoke with the "senior customer service representative" who also told me that she didn't know what happened but they would send another one out immediately. Then after that they sent me an email that the item was "no longer available" and refunded my money. I will just stick with Amazon.Com from now on. They have excellent customer service."

"I purchased a Viewsonic monitor from PCRush.com where it was advertised as 1920 x 1200 resolution. The emailed confirmation also showed it as 1920 x 1200.

The monitor I received had the correct part number but was 1920 x 1080.

This was the only reason for my purchasing this monitor since this extra space is important to me and it seems that manufacturers are moving away from that resolution in favor of 1920 x 1080.

I first contacted Viewsonic and they told me it was the resellers responsibility. I contacted PCRush.com and left a voice mail and an email since they had very limited operating hours. It was just after Christmas and I was visiting family at the time.

I got no response for several days and called them again. This time I got through but all she could do was to forward it to another team and put a rush on it.

I waited for a response which took another couple days. I finally got a call saying they would either give me a refund or $25. But they still needed to refer ths to another department for follow up to generate an RMA # then, I suppose another department to get a prepaid shipping label?

By this time it had been 9 or 10 days and I needed to drive back home. Unfortunately the box it shipped in was huge and with my luggage would not fit in my car.

I desperately tried to expedite the process, calling them back a couple more times so that I could ship the monitor back before I left for home. Each time they said they would put a rush on it and forward it to the RMA team. I was not allowed to talk to a supervisor or get transfered to the RMA department and was told that they would call me back before the end of the business day at 5:00 PM. It's 4:35 PM and I still don't have gotten no closer and now need to decide on changing my travel plans over this mess.

Terrible customer service. Product was defective and they would not honor their return policy.
