"Excellent Service - Stood behind their word." I bought a used dell 630 from them from an IT guy's recommendation although I felt very hesitant at buying a used electronic item. The laptop began having hard drive access problems inside their warranty period. They helped me exchange it and sent me a much better laptop. They stayed engaged during the whole process. I may not have been their most profitable customer but that didn't seem to bother them. I am VERY happy with the "like new" dell used laptop I now have. Way to go!"

"I've been purchasing refurbished machines from PCExchange for my clients for over three years and have never had less than an excellent experience with them.This purchase was no exception. I got a refurbished Lenovo laptop in excellent physical condition with a fresh install of Windows XP. The install included additional software such as as Open Office, VLC Media Player and ImgBurn among others. Delivery was within 2 days of ordering. PCExchange will provide a solid Linux install instead of or in addition to XP if so desired. "

"Merchandise arrived in one day with standard shipping. It was as ordered and worked upon turn on.

I would recommend their business to anyone and will definitely shop with them again - but I hope I won't have to for a while ;)

"I purchase quite a few PC's from PC Exchange, all of them have been above my expectations in cost, quality and software that was pre installed, and the warranty really gives you piece of mind. I have only had to send one back that was damaged in shipping and PC Exchange promptly sent me another of like kind. My clients also like PC Exchange because you cannot purchase Windows XP anymore and this is a cost effective way to stay with what you know. I will continue to purchase PC's from PC Exchange."

"What can one say about pc exchange ? Great service and products is what they have to offer to any one in need of a computer system at a very resonable price, I am very pleased with the Dell gx 620 computer and the Dell flat screen. one would be surprized to hear that these were refurbished, they both look as if they were brand new.
will i purchase from Pc Exchange again, yes I will be purchasing a lap top from them in the next coupl of months with out any worries on what I will recive. again great products and service from PC Exchange.
