"I ordered a Linksys Wireless setup from them and everything went smoothly. i ordered on monday and got a email order verification right away. I got another email from them the next morning (actually it looked from the date of the email that it was sent out the evening before). Got the setup on Wednesday. It was well packed and in brand new retail boxes. Plus the setup was easy and everything worked. I was very happy."
I ordered an HP 2300DN and a LinkSys switch on Sunday. Received "Bot" confirmation e-mail. Didn't receive any other correspondence. Wesite order status shows "Under Processing..." Called on Tuesday and they said printer had shipped, LinkSys shipping today. Printer showed up on Wednesday. No LinkSys or any e-mails or confirmation by Thursday. Sent e-mail requesting status - didn't receive a reply. Website still shows "Under Processing...". Called for tracking number. LinkSys still not shipped. Won't ship until tomorrow (Friday). Said I would probably get an e-mail Friday night.
Website still says "in stock" but item still not shipped after 5 working days.
"They made a great save for me when I accidently picked the wrong wireless card to go with my router, it was a minor mistake but they caught it somehow and saved me a lot of time and trouble, everything arrived on time and in great condition, will definately purchace from them again."

"Ordered a Linksys 4 Port Router for my girlfriend's apartment. Had it shipped Standard Next Day because they really needed a connection for school and whatnot. It costed $30 for shipping so I expected to be arriving in only a few days. Since the order was placed on Saturday, I assumed I would have it on Monday. Monday: no router. Same with Tuesday. And Wednesday. A tracking # had yet to be issued. So I called them up. They were courteous and quick with an answer. They said it had been shipped. Got an email from my family's house saying they got some sort of internet device. Turned out that PCC Depot shipped it to my billing address even though I specified differently. I had my Mom ship it up to where I was. Then I e-mailed PCC Depot. They responded quickly saying that I could use their Fed Ex account to ship it. It was too late because I already had it shipped. So they replied saying they would credit my credit card with the money it had cost to ship it.
I would definately buy from them again and refer my friends to them."
