Emailed them after a week of no contact and they tell me it\u0027s BACK-ORDERED, I had to contact them to find out it\u0027s back-ordered?!! Then, I get an email the next day saying it\u0027s been shipped and a tracking number was included. Another week goes by and no packageM so I check the tracking info and it was a completely different person\u0027s order shipped to a whole other state! And if that wasn\u0027t bad enough, the customer service agent got loud and rude with me when I clearly explained how poor their service had been.
