The next day I contacted customer service and they ordered a replacement from the manufacturer and told me to just dispose of the first unit. They didn\u0027t want it returned which was great with me because I didn\u0027t have to hassle with any return shipping. The replacement unit arrived a week later. I\u0027m very satisfied with Ozbo\u0027s customer service. The only thing I wish they would improve is their communication. After placing my order I received a confirmation of the sale but never received any emails regarding shipment status of the original or the replacement unit. They both just showed up at my door. Had an order placed on August 27th, they never contacted me till 3 weeks later to then tell me they are out of stock till Oct. I sent multiple emailed within this 3 weeks and was told the order would be shipped soon. Only positive aspect was a refund that hasn\u0027t yet arrived, so perhaps that isn\u0027t even good too. Don\u0027t order from them if you need anything before 3 months.
