We are helping you.
I want to put the record straight about what is happening.
You said that we are making you pay for the return shipping, but that simply isn't correct.
We DID make a mistake with the dress, and we will put it right at no cost to you.
We require you to send the dress to us because we are not at your location. We cannot arrange shipping from your address. However we have offered to refund you the shipping cost immediately, before we even receive the dress. That has been sent to you by email, so you have it in type.
All we need you to do is send us the shipping invoice by email.
It is standard procedure for us to ask customers who have placed a negative review to either change them or remove them once we have helped to solve the problem. We hope that you can do this once you are satisfied.
Although of course all good reviews would be best, at least customers can see that we do respond to cases like yours and help the customer.
Unfortunately mistakes can happen, and we are sorry about that, but we are doing all we can to put it right at no cost to you.
If we do not keep our promise then by all means you should tell everyone about this.
Once again we do apologise for the error in making your dress, and we thank you for your patience as we put this right for you.”

You make a good point about choosing custom sized dresses, essentially this 'made-to-measure' service will eliminate any potential size issues, as not every woman is a perfect fit for a standard size.

I'd like to look into your issue in more detail and check to see if there's anyway I can help further.
I'm sorry that you're disappointed, that's not what we aim for, however it is not the case that you cannot return the dress.
I guarantee that you can return your dress, but depending on the issue we may or may not be able to issue a full refund. You will however be able to receive AT LEAST a 50% refund even if there was no issue from our end. If this hasn't been made clear then my apologies.
I will also check to see if we didn't reply to you for weeks, if that's the case then we have made a mistake as this isn't fast enough. I must say though that most of our customer inquiries are answered within one day, so either something has gone wrong or this is inaccurate. Either way, I will look into this case with our customer support team and come back to you with, what I hope will at least be, a much clearer picture of the issue and your options.
