"Acquring my ticket was as rapid as it was making the trip. The ticket was the cheapest ticket for a non stop flight and the flight was very pleasent. I'm currently attempting to acquire another ticket for a quick turn around flight and hope to get it in time to make the furneral. If, getting this ticket is as effecient as the last one, I feel very conferdent of my success. "

"I used OneTravel about 3 weeks ago to book a ticket for a 3 day trip. First of all, searching OneTravel was easy, and it automatically displayed results by lowest price first, which I appreciated. Secondly, OneTravel was the only online merchant that had the specific ticket I wanted. Lastly, the ordering process was easy and I received a copy of my itinerary with clear instructions immediately. After my trip, I got a call from Christina, who had great customer service skills. Overall, the site was a great help to me and I plan to buy from them again quite soon."

"Worst experience I've ever had with an online travel site. I booked a flight for a roundtrip flight on Friday the 20th of May. I was charged for it, then received an email from them Monday saying they couldnt honor the same flight for the rate quoted and that I needed to pay more $ if I still wanted to go. I called customer service to cancel my reservation and reached someone so rude I couldn't believe it. He proceeded to cut me off saying that my card was never charged and that it was pending (It was not, I had been charged). Then he says ok i'll transfer you to billing. I was on hold for over 27 minutes and still never spoke with anyone. I had to call my bank to have them take care of the charges. Terrible service, terrible experience."

"i booked a round trip flight with onetravel, the fares were really great. it beat all other websites.

"Booked air travel through Onetravel. They had best prices and allowed me to travel with different airlines for various legs. They offered more options so that I could piece together my travel that was most accommodating for me."

"I advise to never use onetravel.com I used their site to book 6 tickets to Puerto Rico. While I was in the process of purchasing tickets, everything was fine and the site said that I was buying 6 tickets and they even asked for all 6 names and birthdays. However, once I had paid, they sent me a confirmation letter that said that I had only bought 1 ticket and it was a completely different time and price than the one I originally looked at! Thus, I immediatley called their company, but no one picked up. I called a second time, but still, i was on the line for 10 whole minutes. So I proceeded to email them about the mistake. However, I didnt get a reply until 2 days later with them saying that they refuse to refund me and that the entire thing was my mistake. I am still in the process of arguing this, but as of now I have lost $242. Again, I cannot warn enough to never use this company!

"I booked a hotel with OneTravel and would NEVER use their site again. There is a $15 charge for using their service, which will appear as "Airline Taxes Fee" on your credit card. This booking fee is doesn't not appear on your invoice and is not included in the hotel fees. The worst part is this charge is nowhere indicated on their site. I tried to dispute the charge through my credit card company, but OneTravel uses paypal checkout system and you can't dispute paypal charges. The $15 they charge you will also appear as charged by paypal."
