"DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE. Like most others, when my order remained pending an no email for 3 days I called. Semi-nice at first. When I politely refused his pushy sales pitch for accessories I didn't need, he told me he was cancelling my order, and cursed at me before hanging up on me. He could have just told me he was cancelling my order - why would a sales person curse at a customer? NEVER BUY FROM THEM!!! Also, how are they getting 4.5 star ratings at other sites when at resellerratings.com they are .4 (point 4) out of 10. I now question these other sites rating validity. "

"By far the worst online buying experience ever. I also dealt with "Sam", who is obnoxious and rude. I also got suckered into a low price for a camera and when I didn't get their overpriced warranty, batteries or memory card, he got short and hung up on me. Noone would ever return emails or let me know when it would be shipped. Today I reached Sam and he hung p on me twice. When I reached him the 3rd time, he said camera wasn't in stock anymore. I said "Good" cancel the order and he said "Done". He then cussed at me and hung up. I feel like flying to Brooklyn and whipping his butt!

Is there an online BBB we can report these guys to? I am concerned that they have my credit card number and I wouldn't be shocked if they commit identity fraud against us.

SLEAZEBAGS....I bought from B and H phot....$50 more but I have used them 5 other times and they are very honest. oneclick is evil....ZERO stars.

Here is a link to the NY Attorney General's office. Please take a few minutes and call them and let them know about these guys. I know I am going to.

"I purchased a canon sd630 from oneclickdigital on sunday and thought of it as any other bargain store. I got a confirmation email that asked me to verify my order by phone (shady?). I waited until monday for it to open and got a guy on the other line that asked for my name and order number. I gave him the information and he said the order has been canceled. I called back and said that I ordered a product and want it or I would call the police and then he kindly asked me to "go f*** myself". I strongly discourage anyone from buying from them. They do not let you edit your credit card information. I do not know what they are doing over there. Their building is some old shanty. BUYER BEWARE!"

"I was trying to buy a Canon SD600 and came across a great price. I placed the order at this store and then got an email saying that I had to call to confirm the purchase otherwise they would cancell. I called in and the guys was nice and asked me to confirm the address and that he was ready to ship. After confirming the address he started to offer me accesories that I did not want. He asked about purchasing battery, emmory card, etc. I politely said no. He then asked me If I wanted to buy the software and this is when I asked him what contents cam in the package and if it was a standard retail box. he replied saying just the camera was on. I have never been asked about purchaing the software in a camera package. I told them I was going to think about it and he said he was going to cancell the order. I asked why and he said it was now out of stock. I ended up cancelling the order and purchased my camera somewhere else"

"I waited 10 days for my camera. OK, from the top...
When ordering the guy was really nice until I told him I just wanted the camera and not the optional $100 "mega" battery. He then bacame very shop and hung up on me. No big deal, I got a nice camera for a good price.
I waited 10 days with no email response or order status change on their website. I called them and asked if I could get an update on their order. Once again, same guy. He was very nice until he looked up my order. He was then very short and claimed the camera was on backorder and asked if I would like to cancel my order or wait "three weeks". I said that I was told the camera was in stock ans would ship the same day when I order(which was what I was told - yeah freakin right). He cut me short and said he didn;t want to hear me story. I began to protest and argue that if the camera was in stock when I ordered, it should already be on its way. He then hung up on me! I called back again the get an explanation and was then again hung up on. Please don't order from this place. I have never been treated this way as a customer before and will never shop here again, nor will any of me friends who all must have the latest gagets. Their loss. I can't imagine a place like that can survive!"

"I wish I had read the reviews of this company before trying to order a TV from them. I placed the order over the Internet and received an e-mail to call them to confirm. I did so the next day and received a hard sell about buying an expensive extended warranty, which I resisted. There was no mention that the TV I ordered was not in stock; their web site said it was. A week later when I had not heard a thing from them I called back. They said the TV is out of stock and will not be in for 3 months! I canceled the order. The personnel I talked to on the phone went from pushy to rude, never friendly. I'm sure they knew the TV was out of stock when I called the first time because the salesman offered to "upgrade" me to the latest model (which actually retails for $300 less than the TV I ordered) if I bought the warranty. I believe they advertise low prices to suck you in and make up for it with the overpriced warranty. If you don't bite, the product you ordered is suddenly "out of stock." BUYER BEWARE - avoid these guys like the plague."

"I ordered a Canon SD550 from this company. They send an email to call them for confirmation then try to sell you accessories. When I told them I was not interested, they cancelled my order. Just like that! No wonder their price is so low. They bank on pressuring you into other items. Would NEVER do business with them again!!"

"I ordered a television from this seller. Same day, I received an email telling me that I needed to call to confirm the order, but no phone number was provided. I looked up the number, called, and was told that I would have to call back in an hour. I looked up the number again and called again. There seemed to have been no purposed to the call other than to find out why I was not purchasing the extended warranty. Today, having heard nothing further for more than a week, I looked up the order on the web page and saw no activity. I called again and was told that the order had been "canceled," because the product was sold out. I asked when I was to be notified of the cancellation and the fellow cut me off and hung up. I would not order from this company again."

"On 4/24/06 I ordered Panasonic Lumix FZ30k camera from oneclickdigital; called "customer service: on 4/28 to see status, was told camera is out of stock and order is cancelled, then the guy hung up on me before I could even respond to that! I called back and just hit "0" and was told (by a guy named Ricky) they were out of stock and the camera would come in two weeks. I then called the "sales" department and was told they had the camera in stock. But the guy said their Mack 3-year warranty (which I was previously quoted $99) was $129; he kept hustling me for the $179 5-year warranty. I said I would try another store. But I decided to call oneclickdigital again and asked for customer service. When I asked why my order was cancelled, the guy (named Sam) put me on hold and never came back.
This company is a racket. I think there are two guys working there, Sam and Ricky, and they were not eager to give me their names when I asked (after the experience of that first guy hanging up on me), so they probably made up their names. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!
The Mack warranty is available at other stores at a much lower cost than oneclickdigital!"
