"Ordered a GE Profile Range for Christmas with fingers crossed. Had checked out prices locally but the price quoted was to good to pass up. Had some misgivings at first looking at some of the feedback,but there are plenty of good ones also. As time went by called back and spoke with Lisa, Nathan, and Kelsy as to delivery time with answer of-just call back in a few days. Started to be concerned but being Christmas I was told by a dealer here that it takes him two to three weeks compared to his two day normal deliverly. Felt the Christmas cookies were not going to be baked on this range so e-mailed Goedeker's and Sara responded and assured me that GE was slow filling order. A few days later she sent me the shipping schedule. RLCarriers called and delivered on Jan 2. No damage, nice people to deal with. I installed the Range the next day and we are Happily enjoying the Christmas cookies now. We like all the capabilities of this range. Even with a little longer delivery we will give Goedeker's another look at when we need another appliance. I feel like Sara was the person contacting the correct people to get the order moving.Thanks."
"I was very pleased with the experience of buying from Goedeker's. I did a lot of Web and store searching for the lowest price during the Sale season. I feel I could not have gotten a lower price on the Samsung (RF4287 HARS) 28 cu. ft. Refrigerator. (The best Refrigerator in my opinion) I used the "White Glove Delivery". Refrigerator was delivered on-time and put in our Kitchen and the old Refrigerator taken away. Goedeker's will be on-top of my list of places to buy my next appliance. "

"We were so pleased with the extra mile of service! I was purchasing a refrigerator for my senior citizen parents. The sales rep did not run the sale until she could confirm delivery prior to Christmas. She then called me back to confirm that delivery would be on time and that she had processed the order. I had already researched this model all over the internet and this was the best price with free delivery! I also paid for the Kid Glove service and the delivery was perfect. All the way into the kitchen, carefully, I might add, and then they took away the packing materials. "
"Ordered a GE wall oven for several hundred $ less than any other online or physical store. Read and understood the shipping process. All went as agreed, no problems. The oven is installed and working. no issues at all."
"After you read the reviews, make sure you understand that 4 to 6 weeks means 4 to 6 weeks. I'm willing to wait to get that wholesale discount. You cannot beat the pricing anywhere. There are many reviews written and said they were dissatisfied with the shipping. They replied saying; they did not receive the product in a timely matter. If you read the company’s postings, they inform you that you are getting the product from the manufacture. I’m a teacher, so I understand manufactures may have the product out-of-stock. This means, you need to be proactive and communicate with Goedekers. Don’t blame them for the manufacture. You need to understand you are the middleman. You don't have to have a store to stock the items, nor have a show room. This is a sweet deal because you get to cut out that middleman. You are the middleman with Goedekers. Back to pricing, No one can beat these prices. I showed Sears, Best Buy, and a local company where none of them would match the pricing. As it goes, it's sorry to be them in today’s world, because companies like this one are popping up everywhere online. Also, if you get the extended warranty then you can complain to Goedekers. If don't, don’t even start from the beginning like you will see in many reviews. That means, don't complain if you don’t get it (it can be…). When you order, just think of yourself as Sears or Best buy. Then you will not be disappointed. Great American business! Great communication and they will show that there is hope in the USA. Just read their philosophy. Ordered double oven, microwave with accessories, and downdraft oven on Black Friday (Over $1100 in savings with free ship) and received it on 12/21/2012. About 4 weeks. Nice!"

"Will never ever shop with them again. Ordered a brand new rather expensive GE stackable laundry center. Had it one day- horrible product only to be told- now that it is out of box- there would be an over $400 restock fee PLUS shipping back to them- it would cost me over half the new price of my GE laundry center to get rid of the inferior product. They DO NOT stand behind their products. Regret ever shopping with them. Now stuck with a brand new product we hate and can not return due to very high restock and shipping fee. DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM! WARNING!! HORRIBLE customer service. "

"My wife and I will never be using this company in the future. There were numerous mistakes made during the process and it took over 3 months to get the correct appliances we ordered. Additionally, we were highly disappointed with their handling of the issues and any sense of urgency. Again, there are much better online retailers than this with better customer service."
"Goedekers comes up with best prices for some appliances. Occasional red flags for orders never being delivered and very rude customer service. I misjudged the reviews and took my chances, primarily due to the 2-3 weeks delivery promise and the reassurance for "Integrity, Service, Quality and Family". Placed order on 12/2 and it was processed quickly on 12/3, when credit card was charged for the full amount. Until 12/21 called twice to check status and was ensured 3 items are received only a dryer is in transit. Today was informed it was the washer that is on back order indefinitely and if I want, can cancel the order. Customer service (Nathan) is so rude and totally indifferent, just goes in circles and played on my patience putting me hold multiple times, perhaps in hopes I'll disconnect. He is perfect for the job to shield from any customer requests. In email communication he does not insert his name and contact info and answers are so vague "we may ship Wed or Thur". Also today was discovered it is not the dryer that is in transit, but the washer is on back order indefinitely. Why this was not indicated when I placed the order or when the order was processed or on the other2 occasions when asking for status? Issuing refund is the easiest, but not only they used my money for 3 weeks, didn't keep the promise to provide the appliances I paid for and now are putting me in a situation to wait for another 2-3 weeks if I order from a different store. Overall, this is what disappoints me most - customer service' total disengagement and carelessness, unprofessional and disrespectful behavior. After all, they are the face of Goedekers, the representation of Goedeker' values of "Integrity, Service, Quality and Family" and their belief that "everything we do should be for the greater glory of God.", I absolutely do not felt that Goedeker' "priority is to serve our fellow man to the best of our ability." Stay away from this company."
"Much better experience than I had expected. I had never ordered such a large item online before and therefore was somewhat worried about the item being delivered in a timely manner. Needless to say I was delightfully elated when they called to set up the delivery. Item was well packed and able to set it up in a half hour or so. Thus far it has worked super and the wife and I or truly happy with the experience of this online purchase."

"Absolutely the worst company we have dealt with. I would highly recommend you find your appliances elsewhere. My husband and I needed to replace 5 appliances and decided to go with Goedeker's because they were the best price. Hands down this is the worst customer service. We purchased our items Thanksgiving week so expected some delay in shipment and receiving the items, however, it is three weeks later and we still have not received shipment information or delivery confirmation on any of the 5 appliances...this after contacting their customer service department each week and having them tell me our items would be shipping the next day. Week after week they give us the same story....the items will be shipping tomorrow and you will be receiving an email confirmation. Still nothing. We are starting to believe this company is a sham--we feel like we have been taken to the cleaners and will never see these appliances. We are going to contact the BBB and if necessary the local authorities if we don't hear from them soon. We have two small children to feed and if we knew this was going to take this long and how poor their customer service is, we would have purchased and supported a local company. "
