Thank you for sharing your experience. I do not see how you can put our company at fault since you have NEVER contacted us with the issue at hand.
We are always available to assist a customer with any post transaction issues, but we do have to be notified of them.

"I ordered the NIGHT COUGAR NVGs through ATN. The unit malfunctioned after my first use. I referenced the paperwork and was directed to contact ATN. To make a long story short, ATN took a month to respond and another month to finally tell me they could not help me. ATN then refered me to Night Galaxy. Once I contaced Night Galaxy, I was told I was past the 30 days return policy (even though I complied with the supplied customer service contact information...ATN). Night Galaxy would not let me return the broken product, but, for a small fee, they would upgrade me to a better quality set of NVGs. Being stuck between a rock and a hard place, I agreed. Night Galaxy's customer service did a good job of swapping out the broken product. However, the included paperwork should of instructed the customer to contact Night Galaxy and not ATN. Though I was disappointed that Night Galaxy would not honor the 30 day return, I was happy with their effort to appease the customer."
