"Hmmm... I ordered on February 10th (Friday Morning). I got UPS shipping info after lunch Monday. Took 10 days for UPS to actually show the product as being en-route. Three emails meantime bounced back from their listed email address. I did manage to get one through, and it was ignored.

So, I get the monitor today, the 27th of February. 17 days, hardly the 5-7 advertised. I can deal with that though.

Unfortunately, what I can't deal with is the monitor they gave me. I ordered (so the invoice says) a ViewSonic PF-790. They sent me a ViewSonic P95f+ instead. It IS a better monitor than the older PF-790, however I only ordered from them because I needed a PF-790 to match my other one in my dual-monitor setup. I found the P95f+ for sale elsewhere online for $99.24 LESS than what I paid.

Anyway, I just left a voicemail and sent an email. We'll see if anyone contacts me. I figure they have until Monday to contact me before I stop payment with my credit card.

We'll see....

Unfortunately, I was looking for a rather obsolete part (A replacement monitor for my dual-monitor setup), and had very little choice of merchant. My normal sources weren't able to help me. I only hope, after reading the reviews already here, that I actually get what I ordered.

Shipping charges weren't bad, though... $30 for a heavy 19" CRT. I guesss you get what you pay for. At lease we paid by credit card, so I can stop payment (and will) should anything go sour. I'm not very hopeful right now."

"Terrible company to deal with. Purchased several items, price was good, but shipping price was very high. They did not have the motherboard I ordered after telling me originally that it was in stock. After a few weeks I called their sales number (after several emails with no response)to checked the status of the MB. They told me that they would no longer carry this particular MB and would give me a credit on my credit card. After several calls and emails that they would take care of it, I am still waiting for the credit. I am sorry I purchased anything from this company. "

"One should aviod doing business with this company. They are Impossible to reach. And their return policy is NON-existant. Nasty and impersonal service is what they provide, next time I will pay more $$$ and get correct customer service."

"I ordered a CD-RW on saturday, and received it on Friday. It didn't get shipped out until Tuesday night, even though the charge appeared on my bank statement on Tuesday morning.

I was not impressed with the return policy, or the amount of effort it actually took to speak to a real person on the phone, so I pity anyone who actually needs to contact these people for questions or returns.

After reading reviews from other people, I was worried that I wouldn't be getting the right item, if even at all, within a reasonable time.

To their credit, they shipped out the right item, and I received it in less than a week from time of order. The price was also very very good, although $12+ shipping on a 2-lb item is WAY too much.

Due to the lack of ease to reach these people, and the amount of time it took for them to ship the item out, and the return policy, and the slightly increased shipping costs, I probably won't be buying from here again. However, not a bad service... just not anything special.

"I am not done yet. This is my second invoice number use for this fradulent company rating. The worst thing of all and from what I have gathered from reading everyone's comment in here is that the product is either "WRONG" or DOA. I paid a large sum for 6 Samsung RAMBUS 800 w/ECC and what I get is a cheap no brand name RAMBUS which does not even come close to one that I was suppose to get. I am now 3 weeks dead in the water with 3 of my Compaq EVO W8000 workstions sitting and idling. My clients is breathing down my throat for me to meet their deadline. Today I have to move all the RAMS from the two workstaion into one so I can continue my work. It is a shame and disgusting to see what I thought a good and reputable company trying to rip-off a business man like me. I know a lot of people here just give bad comment and brush it off but more than 95% of the comments are negative I cannot imagine that this kind of on-line computer retailer is still standing. Each one of us should not just give negatives reviews about this company, but also file a complaint against consumer fradulent and illegal mal practices. This same business procedures by "Nexthardwareshop.com" seems to happen to everyone and it is sad for me to see other people fall for the same trap. It disgusts me to see a foreign crook ripping good people and their hard earn money that they have spend on this sorry on-line fraud store. Here is my e-mail correspondant with the company.

Let me ask you something!!! Who do you think you take me for? What kind of a stunt are you pulling with your customer? How dare you after all I have waited and paid my money for I have gotten a cheap and incorrect product. You think I could not tell Samsung 256MB ECC 40ns from this dirt cheap no-name Rambus which does not even have the correct speed or ECC. My workstations, EVO W8000, as specified by Compaq only works with Toshiba or Samsung ECC 800MHz with 40ns and greater. The RAM you have sent me does not even nearly match the description as I have ordered.

I have found 6 sites rating on-line computer retailer and you on all of them have been rated not even above 2 out the best 10 points. All the customers seem to be the same experienced as I have been. You deceived you customer by delaying their shipment because you do not have the product in stock. You send out a fake UPS tracking making your customer think that the product is going out, and then you go and buy some cheap hardware to send them. You also over charge you customer, which is a fraud, UPS shipping and handling double what it is supposed to be. The RAM does not weight up to a pound and and UPS shipping up to a 1LB is only $7.50. The ram I ordered, which not even the ones I ordered, cost $9.00 less compare to other site but in reality it is more expensive in the end. How ridiculous is it for one shipment of 4 RAMs to cost $24.98? You then finally switched the product and send them out to your customer thinking they would not know the difference. If you think that is the case, think again. I have never been and feel so ripped off by an on-line computer retailer before. Your company is truly the first one that has just made an outstanding fraud impression on many people who has written about you.

I am an easy person to deal with but I do not react very well to people or company who are dishonest and deceitful. I have spent a large sum of money I honestly earned to purchase the product I should get but instead I have been played with, toyed, and fraudulently given the product which I did not specify or purchase.

I will not press this issue further with you involving the law and reporting to consumer protection agency; I kindly demand that all of my money are to be refunded minus the shipping charges and NO RESTOCKING FEE. I want the RMA number sent to me via e-mail by tomorrow and my refund ASAP when I have shipped the product back to you. The total refund minus shipping charges is

What I demand is very fair and I hope that you will come to your senses. Once my money is refunded, I will go my own way and you your own. Please do not drag this out and do not say no because I will bring the law in to resolve this fraudulent business practice.

"Doesn't return calls, email or respond to their own RMA request web form. Drive was received DOA. All attempts to contact them have been ignored: 2 web RMA requests, 2 phone messages, 2 email messages to rma@nexthardwareshop.com.

Avoid them!"

"same problem with other reviewer.
it has been more than 10 days only thing i got is billing information is reveived from ups.
that is all
they charge $50 on ups(actually that is my mistake i should have known that)ground for 2cdrw 1dvd and 1 floopy drive!"

"I am thourghly pissed off with this company, their phone numbers only ring to their voicemail services and I am unable to make contact with any human. The company is very unprofessional and non customer friendly. This company is not going to wow or impress you, nor get close to any form of satisfaction if you order from them."

"i basically am going through the same trouble as the person before this post... and what seems like everyone else... i ordred on the 1/28 received shipping notice from ups that billing info has been received... have been waiting for the item to actually be shipped... and am still waiting... these guys are jokes..."
