"update: Newegg customer service has contacted me about my missing parcel and will be shipping out a replacement order. It's nice to see a company step up and make things right when their customers order is not recieved. Bravo Newegg for doing the right thing."

"After almost 3 weeks of not receiving part of my order and me trying to deal with Purolator to get it delivered, instead it was returned to Newegg without my approval. Apparently I have to order it again and who knows how long that will take. Customer service offered $10 towards my 'repurchase', but I'd rather just have my order here."

"I bought a couple Seagate 2TB drive for $159 and 4 days later the same product was discounted to $129. I contacted customer service and asked them whether they would give me the discount as I had not received the order yet. They were kind enough to give me the deal, no hassles. The response was quick and easy, that's what I call efficient. Keep up the great work!!"

"Had to request a missing item claim as the courier tasked with delivering my purchase had no record of it and was advised the missing item process can take a frustrating 5-7 days.. Customer service was very quick about assisting me with this however, and gave me a $25 gift certificate for the inconvenience. In summary: decent prices, great selection, amazing customer service but not without some shipping woes. "

"I just ordered 50 DVD DL Verbatim and they came home with 4 with scratchs on it, I call back customer service and they did a partial refunds to satified me, thanks so much for the good cutomer service, and be sure I will stay a good customer from NewEgg Canada.

"Very good online retailer. Had problem with a new Samsung cell phone bought, where the battery did not seem to be the original battery and did not last long. Returned the item and got a replacement quite fast. Newegg also paid for the returned item's shipping fee. Thank you newegg.ca!"

"i cancelled my order because they gave me 5 days of grief trying to communicate with them they said that my adress did not match the card that i gave them, i contacted my card witch is American Express and nothing was wrong, maybe its because it was writen in french i dont know because nobody wanted to tel me
this is funny because i used the same card with B and H in new york for about 15 years and buying approx 5000.00 dollars worth of goods i never had a single problem with the same card
it was imposible to talk to there verification department to try and fix the problem and the only thing they could say was its going to take another 48 hours
somebody from newegg called me yesterday but it was too late i had already cancelled my order
all that grief for a 30.00 dollards used processor no thank you and now i will use everything at my disposal to give them the publicity they deserve

"I bought a product from them. It was incompatible, part their fault, part my fault (should have checked). I returned it, but I was hit with a little restocking fee, which is ok. The customer service was great. I suggest the online chat, as it is the quickest way. They payed for the shipping back to them.

I have been buying from them for years, great service, great prices."

"I order some computer hardwares from Newegg.ca on Oct 22. The parcel arrived in 3 days. Everything is carefully packed. When I found I bought a wrong CPU and contacted them to return it, the customer service was able to reply me within the same day. They gave me shipping label to return it which is nice.

The only small issue is that the shipping is not free, and they sometimes charge shipping fee twice (2x$14) for a single order because the hardwares are shipped from different locations...

Other than that, I am happy with Newegg.ca."

"Placed an order Oct. 19 at 17:31, received it Oct. 20 at 13:12. Unbelievably fast. And when one of the items I ordered dropped in price $10 the following week, even though they don't have an official price protection policy they saw I had been a loyal customer for a long time and credited me the difference anyway. When I told my wife they did that she said "Great, what else can we order from them?!" My sentiments exactly.. I look forward to my next worry-free purchase from Newegg!"
