"I called NewEgg customer support on a previous call to file a claim on a missing item from my order. I found my missing item was taped to the invoice receipt (Thermal CPU paste). I called back customer service to cancel my missing claim request. I spoke to Ronnie from NewEgg who handled everything perfectly for me and honored my coupon code that was not accepting in a new order. I had received the personal promo code for being a NewEgg valued customer. Again 5 star service. By the way, all 6 3TB hard drives I received from newegg have no issues. I read some reviews saying otherwise. Two Seagates and 4 Western Digital Reds. Thanks again NewEgg and thank you Ronnie on making my day."

"My name is Micah live in Narrows Va and i was placing a order and the csr was Amazing hey name was Julia Ybanez she was outstanding we spent 49 min on the phone going over everything i needed to know and was 5 starts in ever catagory u could imagine very please will buy again because of this CSR that i encontered"

"Purchased a sony laptop with a Newegg rebate, the rebate was $100.
Just make it clear, its a newegg rebate, not a sony rebate.
Order Number: 145231616, 12/15/2012.
mailed out rebate documents on 1/11/2013.
never got any rebate back in the mail.
called newegg rebate center, was told the postmark was late, it showed 1/17/2013.
i provided usps tracking number, it exactly showed the rebate document delivered on 1/14/2013, (postmarker was 1/11/2013).
called newegg on same day and provided all documents (tracking, upc, invoice copies)on 5/6/2013.
after 10 days, still have not got any response back.
thanks for newegg rep. joel taking care of this, and another rep. natalie, they both helped me out and i will get refund in a couple of days.

"I made a mistake when I ordered a few sticks of ram, ordering the wrong size but when I called Newegg to see if there was anything I could do, I was blown away. Sarah, the awesome representative I spoke too, went out of her way and not only waived the re-stocking fee but also helped me with the return shipping label as well. That is why I'll continue to shop at Newegg. Absolutely no regret shopping, eggcellent service and fantastic prices. Thanks!"

"I did a big order and submitted it but forgot to add the promo codes for an additional discount. I did a chat with Newegg and they fixed the problem within a few minutes without any delay. I've been a shopper with them for years, and this is one of the many, many reasons why. Thank you for fixing my problem and for being a great retailer!"

"I use to love Newegg I've been a loyal customer since January 2005. I always thought newegg.com was one of the best things on the web but my latest experience with my newegg.com RMA/refund has completely changed my opinion of them. I feel very much like I'm experiencing the passing away of a old dear friend. Seems like Newegg is getting too big, greedy and extremely stupid they don't mind constantly offending and frustrating customers they think a fake apology is suppose to cover that up.

Newegg is abusing a reputation they have built up over the years. My RMA/refund process with them was a total nightmare it involved many emails and phone calls they did nothing but make mistakes, stall, contradict, lie, give excuses and phony hollow apologies for all the constant incompetence and frustration they put me through. It was like every couple of days I was beating a mule to get it to move a few inches. I constantly had to pressure them to get answers and they constantly gave me false or confusing information on my refund. It look like to me they where hoping I would just get tired of this process and just give up so they could keep my money.

The product I bought from one of their sellers should not even be allowed to be sold it is so cheap it just breaks even before you can put it together. All along they promised to give me a full refund plus my shipping expenses for RMAing it back. Only after I threatened to open a paypal dispute they finally gave me a refund but it turned out to only be a partial refund!! even though the return invoices said it was to be a full refund, they also said this was to be full refund in the phone conversations I had with them (I have the phone recordings) and on the emails. So this case is not over, now I am embroiled in contesting them with my credit card company. These people are amazingly stupid you cannot treat customers like they treated me and expect to have a good success."

"NewEgg.com is the best computer Store anybody can use in the USA.. I have been purchasing computer parts for the past 12 years.. And I have yet to find an issue with Newegg. Their shipping method is VERY FAST!!!.. Their customer support top of the line (nowadays is very difficult to find a good customer support specially with those automated services, but NEWEGG has the best Customer Support) Even if the issue of your product has to do with the Manufacturer they will go ahead and help you as much as they can!!..
MY ONLY PROBLEM IN THE PAST 12 YEARS:
“Thank you very much for taking the time to review my issue.. Let me start by explaining why last night I almost got a Triple-Stroke due to the frustration from not being able to do anything with this motherboard. At the end of Nov-2012 I bought this motherboard, It was supposed to be the best of those 1155 chipsets... When I finally got the motherboard It was not able to read my CPU and my Memory, So I ended up calling EVGA for support, they ended up shipping me a brand new BIOS CHIP with the latest information so the motherboard would be able to read my CPU and Memory.. After 2 weeks I get the chip, I put the Computer together but within a month the motherboard started failing again.. I called EVGA Support AGAIN... Just to find out that the new BIOS Chip... Did not have the right bios and it need it to update the bios AGAIN... This issue fixed something but it open another issue, I called EVGA again where my computer rebooted so many times, and they told me that it was probably driver within the Operating System, probably the SATA Controller and I AGAIN went ahead downloaded all controllers, I even updated the FIRMWARE of the hard drives to see if this was the issue.. And the computer just kept crashing and crashing... So I gave up on it for a couple of months, two weeks ago I decided that I was going to try-it again... And the god-dam motherboard just kept failing and failing... And EVGAs answer all the time was “We will send you a REFURBISH ONE to fix the issue that you have” What the hell is wrong with this company I HATE IT... I have been a new egg customer purchase thousands of dollars in computer parts... and never had issues... IF EVGA fails to give me a working product how can you guys help me? Is it possible to get a discount to purchase another motherboard? PLEASE HELP ME...

"I've been doing business with NewEgg since they started business 20 plus years ago.....

Over that time span they have consistently had the best pricing,the best customer service and the best on time delivery....

While that information is critical what is more important is what happens when a product is defective.....

No matter where you buy you will occasionaly run into this problem and I can tell you that, NewEgg, as a company stands behind what it sells and will go to the nth degree to make sure that they keep you as a satisfied customer !!!!

Buy At NewEgg period.....

"I ordered Rosewill PCI usb 2.0 card however I had only PCI-Express slot in my machine so that wont fit. Contacted customer service to ask for RMA and they gladly said they will credit the amount as customer courtesy service instead of returning and that hassle. What a customer oriented company NEWEGG is. I really appreciate their bussiness and focus on helping customers. Love to buy more items."

"A great company to do business with. Prices are great and shipping is usually free. Any problems I've had with the (rarely) defective item I've gotten was handled quickly and with little fuss. Missed an e-mail in my zeal to buy new computer parts for my recently dead machine and was issued a gift card for the promotional codes to compensate. Customer services replies very quickly typically. Be sure to read the fine print and fully read and understand the return polices BEFORE purchasing and you'll have a great shopping experience. My go-to for all my computer needs."

"Ronald did a great job of customer service. Newegg policy would not allow me to return a defective item, but Ronald came up with a solution that was actually better, in my opinion, than a return would have been. I have been very impressed by Newegg's speed of fulfillment, quality of products and customer service. Keep up the good work."

"Purchase a lot of computer parts from newegg always been happy with the selection and prices. Outstanding photo's of the product I'm purchasing, detailed specs, and reviews from others that I can generally trust. Best place on the web for computer parts purchases. Recently had to return products because it they didn't work for me. The online RMA was going to charge restocking fee, but given I had not opened them, I called and got it waived -- excellent customer service!"
