"I called NewEgg customer support on a previous call to file a claim on a missing item from my order. I found my missing item was taped to the invoice receipt (Thermal CPU paste). I called back customer service to cancel my missing claim request. I spoke to Ronnie from NewEgg who handled everything perfectly for me and honored my coupon code that was not accepting in a new order. I had received the personal promo code for being a NewEgg valued customer. Again 5 star service. By the way, all 6 3TB hard drives I received from newegg have no issues.
