"My call was based on changing a RMA into an Advanced RMA. I spoke with Abbi.L. and I was quite impressed. It was like she was reading my mind, LOL, she was able to complete what I was asking for before I even asked for it. WOW!! I was very impressed with her courteous professionalism, efficiency,and perceptible communication."

"Wow. how impressed can someone get? I had a customer service person who was patient, kind and understanding. She saw things as I did and helped me get everything I hoped for accomplished. Customer Service alone affects me using a company, but Newegg has the best website, great pricing, useful info, good reviews and competes as a top vendor for my business.
As a consultant, all my clients ask me where to buy items. Last year I recommended 275k in business to 1-2 stores. They are going to have to try harder as I expect Newegg will now get the bulk of my recommendations.

"I've been purchasing items through Newegg for years. If there was ever an issue, Newegg made it right. Just recently, one of my orders had been returned as undeliverable by the carrier. I contacted Newegg wondering why I was receiving RMA notifications on my order. I spoke with Rodney Ramirez regarding the issue. Rodney quickly determined why the item was being returned and offered solutions before I could even ask how the situation was going to be remedied. Rodney took care of having the order purchased with expedited shipping at no extra cost to me or my company. I am very please with the way Newegg treats its customers and I will continue to use them personally and for my business. I wish more companies were like them."

"My situation dealt more with the courier they used for shipping, OnTrac, then the product itself. I called to make them aware of the situation and they assured me that they would do an internal investigation and would be contacting the courier to make sure it does not happen again.

Both the customer service reps I dealt with at Newegg.com, online through email and on the phone, were professional, courteous and went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied with the results.

Because of this they saved a first time one time buyer into a repeat customer. They truly care about taking care of the customer."

"Can't really go wrong with shopping here. Have been buying products from Newegg since the early 2000's and have never had any issue with any part of the experience. Their customer service is exemplary as well, which is a huge plus when choosing where to buy from. Great prices, selection, and customer service add up to being the go-to place for when I actually have money to buy stuff. "

"I had a great experience with newegg.com. there prices are always low and they were willing to work with me on a promotion i missed by one day. I've never bought a bad product from them(knock on wood). I will continue to buy from newegg.com in the future."

"Very much appreciated the customer service from Bobbi who helped me fix a botched RMA. They should clone Bobbi and have them working customer service everywhere -- life would be so much easier.

"I ordered a mouse and made a mistake in the process of checking out. I didn't mean to select the the 3 day shipping option. I noticed the mistake immediately after submitting the order. When I called Newegg Customer Service and explained my problem I asked the guy if it was too late to cancel my order. He told me that he could still terminate the order. I was satisfied with that, but I checked my email a couple hours later I noticed a confirmation emai with a tracking number. So I called Newegg Customer Service again.

This time I spoke with Mercedes M. Rodriguez. She informed me that the order wasn't canceled and that it had already been shipped. She could tell that I was disappointed, so she helped me out by promising me a refund for the extra shipping charge.

She knew exactly what to do to make things right and she followed through on her promise to take action to resolve my problem. People like that are the reason I shop with Newegg.com! She should get a promotion or at least a raise for dealing with customers so well. Some representatives don't understand how imporant the little things are when dealing with customers. "

"I absolutely love Newegg. I am building a new gaming computer and it has been a one stop shop for all the best parts and no one can compete with their prices. Anyone who has heard of newegg knows this, but what I didn't know was they also have excellent support. They have gracefully helped me with 2 issues and I will be the first to admit they were my fault. Highly recommended! Thanks to Bobbie for really saving my day."

"Worst experience I have ever had purchasing any product from any person or company. They send a broken computer - this was verified by their customer service who told me the damage could not have been done in shipping but it was broken when we opened the package so by their statement it would have had to have been broken before it was sent. Two of their customer service representatives called me a liar and hung up on me. Do youself a favor and never order from them. I rated the cost as high because I didn't get a working product for what I paid and it cost me a tremendous amount of frustration along with the money. They may seem to offer a better price and you could get lucky but is it worth taking the chance? Jam thinking of starting a company just shipping broken things to people and then telling them we examined the product and determined they must have broken it so they have to pay.

I know nothing will come of this but if I prevent one person from having the experience I did with Newegg, I am glad."

"I've been a Newegg customer for years because of the great deals, great range of merchandise, and quality of information and pictures for items. Today was the first time I had to contact customer service because I was looking into how to return an item which had an inaccurate description (first time I've noticed a description that was wrong). It was an inexpensive and discounted item, so cheap that the cost of shipping the return to Newegg would cost more than the actual refund total I was hoping to receive. I called and didn't have to explain too much about the situation because the representative was able to pull me up in their system before we spoke. She was understanding, and she was able to process the refund without having to ship the product back. She also forwarded my feedback to the help desk to get the inaccurate description fixed. I am glad I called, and very grateful that Newegg was understanding in this situation. I am sure that I will do much more business with Newegg in the future - definitely more than enough to make up for this small-dollar-amount write-down. Thanks, Newegg!"
