"Best prices on hard drives but the worst service I think I have ever seen. I ordered a hard drive from them on August 5th. Still no shipment or tracking number. I have called them multiple times and they tell me that they will update their tracking information on their website, but then they never do. I wish I would have read the reseller ratings first before purchasing from them. Never again will I purchase from NT-Micro. Better to pay $10 more at Newegg or ZipZoomFly and actually get the product, (LOL) in 3 days or less!! WARNING: BEWARE NT-MICRO!! "

"I purchased over 200$ in products for my first order from them looking for a new vendor for my company. They didnt ship any of the items, and when they did ship, I ordered a Radeon 9600 card, and they sent me a Radeon 9200 card. I have tried calling, emailing, and faxing for 4 weeks now, and they refuse to respond. They basically stole 200$ from me and I have no recourse now. Dont buy anything from them. If there is anyone with information on how to contact them, PLEASE post it here. Their number on their website is worthless. "
"I placed order on July 4, and my only hope for this order now is to receive it, with the help of their local BBB.After placing the order, I did not get any information the following few days. I started to call them on that Friday (July 9). Since then I have been calling them twice a week. Every time, they told me the order has been shipped, and they were in the process of inputting the tracking number into the computer, and I should receive the tracking number that day. This kind of "story" has been repeated by every one I talked to, the only difference is some times one told me it was shipped vis FedEx, some time, UPS, some times USPS.... There has never been a clue that they have any true intention to ship the video card that I ordered. This company is purely crooks."

"I'm kicking myself for not reading any reviews of this company before buying. I've noticed that all the good reviews have spelling errors. It seems like the good reviews I've read were written by someone who can't spell definitely right. After reading several reviews on different sites I hope that I even get my order. "Order sat in-house for well over a week. The customer service is non-existant, no one ever answered my emails, and the phone number doesn't work. They eventually give you a tracking number that does not work. My "new" dvd burner has a lot of scratches on the drive rails, indicating it had been installed a few times previously. The price was good but for the aggravation I think i'd rather just get from Newegg or something next time. I couldn't recommend them to anyone. I felt as if i had dropped my money into a hold for a while. It didn't feel good."
"I purchased a P4 3.06GHz CPU, NEC DVD Writer, and Windows XP Home Certificate of Authority from them. Because I was wary of them, I actually even purchased the $8 extended warranty. (to safeguard from any upselling calls or return hassles should the gear be defective).Lets not be coy here, they have great prices. I'll give you the bottom line early: If you don't panic and expect confirmations immediately and NewEgg like service, you can order from this site. I got my items, and so far they work fine, but I will detail the issues below. You will get your gear, but there is a trade off. The prices are one of the lowest, but you trade off, immediate tracking, professional packaging, and 48 hour (email) customer service. I think they know they have an email tracking issue they need to resolve, as their auto responder immediately attempts to (incorrectly at that) clarify shipping and tracking with the numbers initially provided after purchase. (the tracking numbers they issue direct you to the wrong tracking site, plus they issue you your tracking number way before the item is picked up by the shipping service)My P4 3.06 arrived in unprofessional packaging, and looked like a system pull. (for the price I got it for, I have been willing to stomach that). I am unhappy they did not mention it was a system pull. (it could possibly not be, but it does appear to be).My NEC ND-2510A, Arrived fine. They never let me specify that I wanted a silver drive (as they list beige/silver/black in the item title, almost to the point where you think the drive is coming with 3 different bezels included), so, they sent me a beige drive.Windows COA was very unprofessional. After reexamining the scrap I threw away in the trash, I located the small 1'X 2' inch hologram Product Key sticker for Win XP. no pamphlet, no card stock. Just the sticker, looking like another system pull... Only they didn't send me the XP Home like I ordered! They sent me the Key for Professional!! Well, this could be almost a wash (towards positive), except for the fact that I do not have an XP Professional Disk handy.No way to check the legitimacy of the COA until I get the OS installed and it phones home to Microsoft. If it's not legit they're going to catch it!!!!All and all, I'm BARELY satisfied. They could do so much better."
"Ordered an NEC 2510A DVD burner on Monday and had it that Friday (7/2). Automated email order confirmation and shipping notice w/tracking number. A friend ordered the same item on the same day and received his the same day I did. No complaints whatsoever. Guess we got lucky."
"Order placed 6/22/04 not recieved by 6/29/04. Contacted company 6/29/04 was told would ship on 7/2/04. NOT SHIPPED!. Contacted three times since then /w promise to ship. "I ordered a graphics card late on july 6. On the 8th I asked why I had not received a tracking number and I got the popular auto reply that was of no use. So I sent the same question to the other email they have and received no response. Then I came here and saw all the comments and got really concerned. However, the card arived on july 10, within four days of ordering. So their tracking information and customer support is lacking to say the least, but they got the product to me pretty quickly. So far it works great."
"Well I think I just lost 424 US dollars. To start I found them on pricewatch and at the time they had a 75% positive feedback, I figured every company is going to mess up every once in a while. IN any case I order my "ATI Built x800pro - retail" for 424$. They immediatly charged my credit card (i'm 19 so i only have a goddamn 1000$ credit limit). Anyway its now been a full week and I have not heard a damn thing from them. I wish I would have found this site before I placed my order. I'm going to try calling them later.UPDATE: I called them and cancelled my order. I was assured my order would be cancelled so I ordered the card off another site. Anyway later today I got an email containing my tracking number, they sent it anyway. The other site I ordered from sent me my card same-day so now I have two ATI x800pro cards, one of which I can't afford.UPDATE: I am trying to sell one of my cards, it is ATI built x800pro in retail packaging unopened. I will sell it at NT-Micro's price (lower than other store I bought it from) which is 424$ and I will even pay for shipping because paying for your shipping would be cheaper than paying a 65$ return re-stock fee at NT-Micro.
