As you indicated you wanted the taxes waived due to being Native Status, we held the order after seeing your forum post to ensure we had all documentation needed to make this happen (E.G. Exemption card, ship to a reserve). We are still unsure of why there was confusion with this "hold" as this was very clear in our response back to you. We do have your phone number and we do have your email and we used this to respond back to you.
You indicated in your forum post that you had been waiting for 2 days for a response, we replied back to your ticket and to the forum post that we saw only one ticket for 23 hours and left it at that as it was still a very busy period coming back from the Christmas holidays. No one intended anything otherwise it was simply someone going above and beyond to assist you as the forums are not intended as a support tool.

"good prices and when items are in stock super fast shipping if you get it shipped to your home (they have a web-order pick-up option)but if items on back order it can take a while but they made up for the wait i had with one of the items i ordered. the only place i go for computer parts. they are great on prices and if you find something they carry cheaper somewhere else they will price match it (really helps you save a buck if you only pick up your orders)"
