"I worked with Richard W. in the customer service department regarding a payment issue. Apparently the order was started but I did not complete the payment process properly. He responded to every email I sent in well under an hour and helped me to understand and resolve the payment issue on my order. As soon as the payment was processed, the order was shipping within an hour! That's pretty incredible and speaks to their focus on customer service.

And before you question my motives for this review, I am not a hired/coerced/whatever reviewer. This is my second order with NCIX but it is likely to not be my last.

Thanks to Richard W. and NCIX for getting the order issue resolved so quickly!"

"Few issues working with a Customer Service rep. There are two Reps; the first person I talked to was okay. Upper management called me personally and is looking into the conversation I had with the second.

I would definitely buy from them again. Items shipped right away after talking to Customer service management. "

"I was looking for parts to build my first gaming PC. The site I looked at lists parts by retailer but a friend suggested NCIX. Most of the parts I wanted were cheaper here and offered free games and rebates. The shipping was free and very fast. I also had a problem getting info on a rebate and customer service sent me all the documents I needed very quickly. That was definitely a positive experience. I'll definitely look into shopping here again whenever I need more PC parts."

"There have been a couple of times now in the past six months when I've been forced to get express shipping for things at work that are a super hot rush. NCIX hasn't let me down once. I wasn't sure about the last item as it shipped out a day after I ordered it but it arrived today, a day earlier than I expected it.

Because I've needed the stuff really quickly, I've sent notes to their customer service department making them aware of that and have ALWAYS received back a prompt and helpful reply.

I've been shopping NCIX for about 15 years now and can't remember ever having a bad experience with them. To be honest though, their prices can be a little high on some items but that's where their great price-matching system comes in. I've only ever been refused a price-match once and it was because the item was way below their cost. It was probably a dodgy store that I price-matched from so I didn't mind that much.

All in all, NCIX is a great Canadian online store and I'd highly recommend them to anyone."

"This is the first order that I placed on NCIX.COM. Actually I wanted to test the service quality of NCIX.COM. I had some experience buying computer hardware from online stores. I was so happy that finally I found the best one. After this order, I had bought some other computer hardware from NCIX.COM. They did excellent job for me so far. So I will keep supporting NCIX.COM; and I hope NCIX.COM will keep it up in doing excellent service for customers.

"I just recently did another purchase through NCIX and I would have the say thhat the service was once again outstanding. There was a small mixup on my order (my fault) and one quick email to Chris( customer rep) and within 30 minutes everything was solved and I had received my shipping notice.

A+ for service and professionalisim"

"To be honest you may be able to find better prices (without price matching) at other e-retailers, or even brick and mortar stores; but, you WILL NOT find the level of customer service. I have sent many many people to shop at NCIX over the years and no one has been disappointed. They have a great selection of products, and experts to help you at every level."

"I have ordered from NCIX before and generally been pleased, but today I was a little displeased. What happened is I ordered online and then used Paypal to pay for it--and I wanted to go pick it up from the store. When the Paypal option is used with NCIX the order goes through with shipping automatically included and no way to back out of the order. Ok, my mistake - so I do what seems to be the right thing--I immediately fill out an order ticket (a web form) to inform them of what happened and what I was hoping to do, and asking NCIX not to ship it. So, does NCIX look at the ticket before they ship it? Nope. When I call them later they say that the order ticket process is separate from the shipping process and the order has shipped. Really? Then why have order tickets anyways? That seems like just a waste my time.

Here is what I would like as a customer: an easier way to change or cancel an order immediately after I make it (in case I realize I did not get it quite right). Secondly, if a company has a web form to submit inquiries about a specific order number, then I think it is reasonable that their computer flag the order so that some one checks the form before the order is shipped.

I do think NCIX is a decent company that cares about customer satisfaction. This particular situation just did not make sense to me."

"NCIX has great selection and prices. While the in store experience isn't perfect, it allows them to have an efficient business, and it is generally best to shop online with them.

The customer service is actually quite good and they've always made things right for me if there was a problem with the product or the order. I've been shopping at NCIX for about 15 years now and the experience just keeps getting better."

"good prices and when items are in stock super fast shipping if you get it shipped to your home (they have a web-order pick-up option)but if items on back order it can take a while but they made up for the wait i had with one of the items i ordered. the only place i go for computer parts. they are great on prices and if you find something they carry cheaper somewhere else they will price match it (really helps you save a buck if you only pick up your orders)"
