As this account is assigned to a sales rep, the customer care department would not have been able to help with this order and they did ask him to follow up with you and he did. When we checked with the sales rep, he indicated he emailed you several times and did not get a response, so perhaps there was an issue with you receiving his replies or maybe it was being sent to the primary persons email on the account which is different from yours.
