"I always find the personnel here very helpful and knowledgable. Prices are comparable with other retailers and competitive with big box stores (compare apples to apples). They always answer my questions in terms I can understand without being either overly technical or condescending. I work in IT but hardware is not really my area of expertize so I can explain to them what I want to do and they reccomend the hardware I need. The only time I had a service issue they dealt with it quickly and satisfactorily. They have been reccomended to me by knowedgable computer people and I have reccomended them. "
"Shopped around all the online stories I could find located in Canada when I was looking to purchase a new pc (or at least 90% of a new pc) and MysteryByte is the cheapest I've ever found. Great service, prices, customer care (I was having a lot of problems with a stick of RAM I got there and they tested it and said they didn't find any problems yet replaced it for me anyway!) ... you won't find anything bad about this place."

"I have purchased several systems from MysteryByte and even more parts and components and have nothing but praise to offer to their staff. Sean has been my main point of contact over the years and he's just awesome, its nice when you can walk in the shop and be called by your first name, not many places have this kind of service and dedication. They stand behind their work 110% and are always just a phone call or email away with any questions or concerns. I have looked elsewhere but always find myself going to MB because of the service and not to mention that they pretty much have the cheapest prices around so don't try shopping, MB has it cheaper for sure. Oh yah, not many companies setup gaming servers and forums for their customers either! Thanks guys, you rock!"
