"MDD ships out the order quickly. The product is well received within a week.

However, their logistic should be improved that making sure all miscellaneous stuffs should appear in the package properly. Anyway, Colleen is responsible and finally fixed the issue.

"Excellent service - a broken drive was changed for a new one very quickly and delivered back to me in Russia with shipping costs equal to zero! MyDigitalDiscount.com is always fast in delivery with UPS (3 days to Moscow, sometimes local resellers are much slower in delivering orders within the city!) charging dirt cheap for an overseas shipment! Nice e-shop!"

"My Digital Discount's customer service is extraordinary! Colleen helped me with my order. Their prices are already low, so I was surprised when I saw that one week after receiving my item, they lowered the price by $30. She immediately performed a price adjustment and refunded the difference to me. I'm very happy with my experience shopping here."

"I ordered a product that was back-ordered, and My Digital Discount is the only US distributor of the product.

I got email notification that the product was indeed on back-order, and that I would not be charged until the product shipped.

When my back-ordered item shipped, I again got and email notification, with tracking information.

I have been exceptionally pleased with the service thus far! "

"RunCore 32GB Pro IV Light 50MM PCI-e SSD, shipped quickly via USPS as promised. Original invoice had the "Ship To" address listed incorrectly as the same as the "Bill To" address. A quick phone call resolved the problem and a new invoice was sent out almost immediately. I'd use this reseller again. "

"I recently purchased a Runcore 32GB Pro IV Light 50MM mini-SATA PCI-e SSD for my Asus EeePC 901. A great product for a great price. I purchased on the 18 and I received it on 23. Today is 25 and my Asus is working great with dual boot (winxp and ubuntu). I would definitely do business with this company again.

edit: yes is working with Asus 901 on master SSD 50mm slot... I was worried before ordering, because I did not find any info regarding compability but I risked and now I am happy. I hope will help others too...
And by the way reading specs are better comparing with Asus Eee PC T91.

I purchased the 2 day delivery on the 18th, it shipped the 19th and I received it today. Three easy install steps later and I was good to go as advertised. I would definitely do business with this company again."

"I purchased an item on back order before I went on a business trip. I found out that I would not know when the order would be shipped so I tried to cancel it. 10 days later I was billed so I thought no big deal. I paid for 2 day air shipping so I assumed it would be back after my 11 day business trip. I was home on the 4th of Feb. No package and UPS had no information attached to the tracking number I was given. I contacted mydigitaldiscount.com and they told me the item shipped. The UPS statement said ground so right away I was either being scammed on shipping or someone made a mistake because right on my invoice I was charged for 2nd day air. I later was told that my item was lost and get a call from UPS that they made a claim for me. That was last week Monday. It is now a week later and I cannot get mydigitaldiscount to return my calls to their customer service number. They no longer reply to my emails and are just terrible to work with. Colleen was the woman handling my issue and was less than helpful other than returning my first email. I tried the chat on their site and that is never online. My issues were finally resolved and I was refunded my shipping on 2/18 as well as got my drive. "

“Sir your order was placed at 4PM EST our order cut off is at 12noon as stated in footer of every page on our web site and in our shipping information section in big red bold letters it is one of only 4 tabs on the top of our web site.
“Attention Rush Orders: All orders necessitating same day shipment must be placed before 12 PM EST if there is an issue shipping your order a MyDigitalDiscount.com representative will send notice via email before 1PM EST. Orders placed on-line after 12 PM EST will be shipped out the following business day with the originally selected shipping option. If you need a product shipped out between 12PM EST and 3PM EST please call a MyDigitalDiscount.com representative to assist you at 1-866-217-1800.”

We usually process until around 3PM and UPS picks up around 4PM. Your order was never even processed until this morning and we did in fact have your packing list and UPS label printed including a tracking #. The shipping department did not get notified that you wanted your order canceled until after they processed your order and that is why your CC was charged. Colleen (From Support) and Chris (From Shipping) got together and made sure your order was canceled and the charge would not go through with our end of day batch as they voided it. Absolutely everything to do with your order was going as any order would go.

We have absolutely nothing to gain by any type of fraud and you had no trouble contacting us and speaking with us. These guys process hundreds of orders per day I hope you can please see that they were doing everything to the letter and that everything including your order and subsequent cancellation would have gone as you wanted it to today without even calling us.

It would be our pleasure to have you call us back before 3PM EST today and reinstate the order. I assure you the products would arrive at the time you desire in perfect order.
