Well a phone call to Chris at mountavision turned into a great conversation about audio\/video in general (not once did Chris try and push any products on me). It\u0027s truly unseen in todays current market to see companies like this (there definitely not after a quick buck and truly seemed to care about what I wanted and seemed most concerned about a happy customer). After a friendly conversation I proceeded to order the CPS warranty through them. A few minutes later I recieved a email from CPS and completed my registration and had my warranty all in line very quickly. Great people, quick service and very friendly to deal with, A++ in my book. Chris happily answers questions not only by email or phone, but also via AVSForum\u0027s threads and PM\u0027s. I had a few questions regarding the extended warranties he offers which were most likely questions he\u0027s answered hundreds of other times and yet he still took the time to explain everything I needed to know before purchasing a CPS warranty. I actually inquired about an EW at a few other places yet was so impressed by the customer service at MountAVision I decided to purchase it there. My only regret is that I didn\u0027t purchase the TV from them too. Had I of known about the level of service provided at this site I would have purchased my TV there rather than Amazon.
