“I just want to clarify, it clearly states on our website that it can take up to 1 business day to process an order and we make every effort to send electronic items out the same day. In this case, we had to wait for the serial number to be sent directly from the vendor. I hope you will consider Motion Media for future purchases and please let us know if an order is a rush, we can probably expedite it.”
