posted Oct-13-2006 “Customer requested additional changes/modifications throughout the process, resulting in significant delays in building his case as well as told us to hold off because he was going on vacation. Customer was never charged for additional modfications. Significant damages occured to the case in shipping through fedex. Customer threw away original packaging of case causing a delay in claims through fedex. Customer asked the secretary about the refund who was unsure of the situation and which she replied the best she knew how. Customer was unwilling to wait any longer so issued a chargeback which we did not dispute.”
