"This company is a fraud organization. I placed an order totaling near 65 USD. Like everyone else, I got an email confirmation lightening fast saying that my order had already been shipped out, that same day my credit card was charged. I waited 2 whole weeks after the estimated 3-6 business days before I emailed them. After that I got online and read the horror reviews from this company not delivering their products (and the few who did get something had to wait weeks and weeks and had to practically beg for their order). I sent email after email to the web address provided for any questions regarding to the order... and nothing. As soon as I threatened to report them to the cc company the next week they sent an email back the day that I told them I was reporting it saying that they were sorry and that they were going to look into it.... 5 weeks past, no more emails, no notifications, nothing. They never would reply to any more emails that I sent, or cancel my order as requested, or refund my money. I finally am having to report this to my cc company and hope that they can do something about it. They just stole $65 from me, and it seems like there is nothing that I can do about it. Any activity with this company in the future will be updated as soon as it happens. But unfortunately, the trouble that they have caused me and tons of other customers has made this experience non reversible. Even if they refunded me and sent my items for free I would still be extremely dissatisfied with their lack of service and complete disregard for other people.

So less than one half hour after emailing them for the last time telling them that I had reported them to my cc company I get this email. Note: this is after I've sent nearly 15 emails regarding my order.

thank you for your mail. We are sorry that you did not receive your shipment. Your order has been cancelled. Your payment has been refunded. The credit will show up within the next business days.

I don't know if I am getting my money refunded to me or not, they could be lying, like every other time. But I do know that I'm not stopping the dispute in case they really aren't refunding my money. I also have no idea why some of the order info is in French. ?! I do not speak french and I have never received anything from them in another language before but they place the date and other strange info that I don't know what it means in the different language. H'okay... Just take it from me, unless you are an agressive buyer that will fight to get your product with your time and money, then I would never deal with these guys, it is too stressful and never worth it to me. I will update again when/if I get my money back. All I can say is that they better not pull an over night shipping stunt and after my cc company disputes the charges I miraculously get my order in the mail.

7/3/08 After getting that email from them I was in serious doubt that I was getting a refund. I went to my bank and was surprised to find out that the full amount was deposited back onto my credit card. I am still nervous about these people having my credit information. I could see them making more charges in the future and having to dispute them. Thing is, there was an entire month where they would not contact me, and then I told them that I filed a dispute with my cc company and immediately things are fixed. It's also funny because I don't believe they had the item in stock that I ordered ever because when I ordered it, they were the only company that had the item at the time over several other companies. This is probably why I got a full refund instead of my product immediately shipped to me in the mail. If they actually have the item, they will ship it asap but if they don't they will refund. So in general, you can't trust that they a. have your items b. will ever ship them c. give you any kind of contact info. But one thing is for sure, you can count on them to get the money off your credit card immediately after making the purchase!"

"This site provided the worst experience I've ever had online. I ordered a Chameleon replacement case for my Wii about two weeks ago. Unfortunately I had not seen this site before then. In their shipping statement it clearly says: consoleshop will provide you with a tracking number and shipping confirmation the SAME day as payment (for cc purchases).(keep in mind I also paid for the 3 day shipping) After 4 days, I emailed them asking why I hadn't received any emails from them other than one stating they had taken my cash. three days pass; no response. I email them again, again with no response. Two days ago, I emailed them again, with no response. It had been two weeks and they hadn't even shipped the item yet. The next day I emailed them, stating to refund/cancel my order or else I would be forced to contact my CC company. They replied that my order had been cancelled later THAT DAY!! Cool, I get my money along with a huge headache. But why wouldn't they respond to any of my other emails?? I even emailed them afterwards asking them why they responded so quickly when I threatened to contact my card company yet failed to respond to my other requests.. and guess what; no response!

BOTTOM LINE: Don't order from consoleshop.com "

"I ordered my item, a psp slim faceplate, on May 31st. I paid for the express mail option which is supposed to be 3-6 work days; its been over 10 work days and I have yet to receive my item. I have sent them a couple of emails and have not received any reply. I will give them until next week to reply or deliver my item or I will place a complaint on my CC for a refund.

I do not reccommend consoleshop.com or anyone related to them. They appear to be a scam."

"Update to my previous review. I received an email from Consoleshop on 18 June 2008, confirming my order had shipped on 4 June 2008!!! Yes that's right I was told that my order shipped the day after it had been received!!! My credit card was debited for the amount payable on 3 June 2008, to Modchip.com in Monaco!!! My order was also shipped from Monaco.

Well if anyone wants an address to contact them, here it is, Beatrice Zohmann, 47 Avenue de Grande-Bretagne, 98000, Monaco, Monaco. (see my previous review, is she somehow related to the website owner Frederick Zohmann?). I hope your not surprised if you do not receive a reply.

I have used Google Earth to track down the location of Ms Zohmann, but because this is an exclusive area for wealthy people, the image is blurred, so not much detail is present. If I recollect correctly, places such as military bases and other sensitive areas are moved or blurred.

Anyway, to sum up, my order was delivered within the 5 working days from 18 June 2008.

The following paragraph is a series of questions, and I do not wish for them to be interpreted in any other way. The United Kingdom has draconian libel laws!

I wonder if this is a company that keeps no stock? If this is so, it may be the reason for the delays. The Principality of Monaco is I think, some sort of duty free zone, does this company acquire their stock duty free?"

"emailed this company about my order and got nothing, then told them i was telling the credit card company to stop payment and got the standard " we are very sorry that you did not receive your order yet.
We are currently working on the problem with our carrier and we will contact you within the next business days as soon as we get new information."
business days whats that mean?1 day 365 days, do not use this company"

"Ripoff. It has been 4 weeks and I still do not have my order. I threatened to turn them in to CC company for fraud, that is what finally made them reply to my emails. However no results. I filed fraud charges with credit card and also filed with ripoff report on the internet they state that the report will tag console shop's webpage when you do a google search so maybe some other person will see that before they buy from console shop"

"For the first time, my son ordered an item from the internet witht the website of http://www.console.com which was suppose to be shipped on April 1, 2008 and received withing 3 - 6 business days, possibly 8(per the email they sent to him) but did not received anything. We have been trying contacting them by email because there is no telephone number listed anywhere on the site, and they did not respond to andy of the 26 emails. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, NEEDLESS TO SAY, WE ARE DISPUTING THE CREDIT CARD CHARGES.

"I ordered a WHISPER MAX FOR XBOX 360 and GELTABZ FOR XBOX 360 on April 2, 2008. After some emails I received an answer that they shipped april 3. Today is the 15th. and I hope I will receive my order otherwise i wil do a creditcard chargeback.

"So, I ordered from this store some geek stuff. They received my payment and confirmed quickly that it was shipped to me. Good, I just need to wait 6 to 8 business days and if I don't receive my stuff they added that I can reply to them.

11 business days after I did reply to them because I had not receive it.

No reply.

I sent 3 more e-mails after that.

No reply

I went to the support page on their web site and filled a message in the “contact us section”

NO REPLY

I would strongly suggest everybody NOT to buy from them.

In May 2008 I finally received what I ordered. I had lost hope by then and was very surprised to receive everything."

from them and I got no response at all 15 business days after I placed my order. I threated them with legal action and in 4 hours they responded and 2 days later gave me a full refund. Lesson learned: next time check a sellers review. :D"
