As stated on our website the processing time will take 24 to 48 hours, excluded weekend. Your order was processed on the 1/23/12 and shipped out for you on the 1/24/12, and the tracking number was emailed to you on the 1/25/12. We apologize that we missed your call at the first time, but we found that our customer service had helped you and provided you the tracking number. Please note our office hour is five days a week, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM pacific standard time. Thank you for you feedback.

"Excellent pricing, good variety of items. The survey is poorly though out though as it should have the order number and date for the item. The order/invoice number I used was made up and the date was guessed at. The item purchased was a Skyline wireless mouse which has been working fine so far- tho usage has been limited."
