"I ordered a keyboard from them on 11/5/2012, I never received it until the 16th of this month. It's now the weekend of the 1st and the keyboard has stopped working.I called them and they were happy to give me a RMA# number but wanted me to pay to ship the keyboard back to them that I had only owned 2 weeks, they were not sympathetic and acted like my business didn't mean a thing to them.they got me once, never again,,buyer beware..."
"Very horrible company!!! purchased an item in total for $ 5.24 and a month later I have not received the item and it has been returned back to the company and they only issued me a $2.99 credit for the item and refused to issue a credit for the full amount and they stated they assess a restocking fee of 15% and this item was never delivered or opened. 1st and last purchase with this company!! They are idiots and no customer service at all!!!"
"Purchased a RC Helicopter. Upon arrival it didn't work. Eventually obtained a RMA# (this took a week of emails back and forth with customer service) sent it back and waited another week to obtain another helicopter that doesn't work. Wrote back to customer service who have not responded for past week. This place sucks!"
"Their warehouse located within 5 miles of my home. And I placed an order that says ships from US warehouse on 9/15, they haven't ship it out until 9/19. Received today on 20th, and the package is missing an item. Horrible."
"I ordered a set of replacement wings for my remote-controlled helicopter. I received wings which were *almost* new, but not quite. I could tell they had been taken off of a helicopter which had had just two or three minor impacts. I consider it shady to sell these replacement parts as new, but then ship slightly-used product."
"I have purchased some items in the past but never paid attention in detail as those items were not of immediate need. I noticed a shady practice when the shipping notification is displayed through, which looks like coming from DHL, in fact its a false facade covering up the actual shipment coming from china. https://webtrack.dhlglobalmail.com/?trackingnumber=I wouldnt have mind if they published that it would be shipped shipped from china.Very shady company."
"I use MeritLine for non OEM ink for my Canon printer. The updated chip works great and my printer recognizes them fine. I only use this printer to print web docs so paying 60 bucks for OEM ink seems kinda crazy. The ink always arrives quickly, is packaged well, and works great. Out of 3 orders I did have one cartridge that wasn't recognizable. Even with that one fluke I'm still a happy camper as the price is so good."
"I’ve had very bad, Meritline.comn, and very good, inkfarm.com, experiences in purchasing remanufactured ink cartridges and feel that the comparative exposition of both is required to convey the most full, contrasting picture.Meritline.comActually, I had two extremely bad experiences with remanufactured ink cartridges purchased from Meritline.com. (Yes, I thought that the first was accidental and, consequently, gave them a second opportunity to provide the second example of the worst in customer service.) Both orders were for cartridges CL-51 and CL-52 for a Canon iP6210D photo printer. In both instances, it was the CL-52 alone that was a totally, out-of-the-box, defunct. (Obviously, if the CL-51 worked, it was a failure of the CL-52 as opposed to a failure on my part to install it properly.)Upon contacting them after the first failure, they refused to immediately send me a replacement or make a refund. They insisted on issuing an RMA number and that I return the bad item to them at my postal expense before they would send me a replacement. What insanity! Could they have assumed that I was honest and not a cheat and liar trying to scam a free cartridge out of them. What were they going to do with the returned defunct item? Send it to another customer? Well, that was not for me to bother with as I was so upset when it didn’t work, I had to buy an OEM at Staples and I tossed out the useless cartridge. Well, the back and forth went on for about 20 emails before they broke company procedure and did make to me a refund in the form of store credit.Much the same for the second failure except that at this time they refused to make a full refund and granted a partial refund, again in the terms of store credit.inkfarrm.comYes, now after two of these identical failures, I chose to buy my next set of two CL-51 and CL-52 replacement cartridges, both remanufacture also, from inkfarm.com. Of course, this experience of the best could only have been made possible by an initial glitsch – they sent me cartridges for an Epson printer by mistake. In contrast to a terrible experience with another purveyor, Meritline, of remanufactured ink cartridges, I had a totally opposite experience with inkfarm.com. With inkfarm.com, I was treated with consideration and respect as opposed to being assumed to be a cheat and liar by Meritline who demanded that I had to return useless, failed items in order to prove my honesty and receive replacements. So, a quick phone call with inkfarm.com and I received a gracious and sincere apology for the mistake for which they accepted responsibility. I was also assured that the replacement cartridges would go out that day with a prepaid shipping label for returning the Epson printer cartridges. We happily received the proper cartridges two days later and the remanufactured CL-52 type is fully functional.I can enthusiastically recommend inkfarm.com for replacement ink cartridges and will never buy from or recommend Meritline to anyone."
"I have shopped multiple times at Meritline only choose those items that are less than $5. They have arrived as mentioned in the invoice and so far I have had no issues with them. I will shop with them again.Things I have purchased: Iphone accessories, small electronic accessories."
"Low quality products and poor service.I bought some Meritline Merax CD jewel cases from another company and found half of the cases had contamination molded into the plastic. This is the first time I ever had a quality issue in the 10 years that I've been buying Meritline CD cases. Unfortunately the local store didn't have any more in stock and wouldn't exchange the product anyway because I no longer had all the CD cases (given out). I mentioned this to Meritline and included a copy of the store's receipt, but they kept asking me for the Meritline order number and didn't address the quality issue. I received no other replies for 6 weeks until today, when they said they would not replace the product. This is the first time a company has refused to replace its own product. "
"Meretline is a huge ____ joke.. I will NEVER shop with them again.. Their refurbished products are damaged.. worse than a ebay or garage sale items... If you buy from Meritline.com YOU WILL REGERET IT.. BUYER BEWARE!... I bought some speakers from meritline for my computer.. the subwoofer box was damaged so bad it looked like someone had drug it across cement.. the satellite speaker cones were crushed.. worst god awful experience with online shopping ever.. Don't be a fool and shop with these rip off artists.."
"I have purchased 7-8 products at MeritLine since last year. Honestly the price on MeritLine are really attractive. But I have to say the quality is as bad as from Dollar Store. Even worse, you have to pay return shipping. Shipping time is horrible too since many of products are shipped from China so it usually takes one month. The shopping experience feels like gambling because you never know the things works or no before you actually receive them. So when you buy $3-4 products from MeritLine, you just cross your finger. I would not recommend to buy products less than 10 dollar from MeritLine."
"WARNING : Items you purchase from MERITLINE.COM may NOT have a US WARRANTY. If your product become defective after meritlines 30 day policy, YOU ARE OUT OF LUCK. I purchased an Philips SD memory card from meritline, their website said ships from US warehouse, lists the US warranty phone number, etc. This was the cheapest made card I have ever seen, within a few months the lock had literally "fallen" out, rendering the device unwritable. I called Philips, they said it is an Argentine product and has no US warranty, they can't help me. Emailed Meritline, they said you out of our 30 day return policy. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. THEY WONT TELL YOU ON THEIR WEBSITE THAT THEIR PRODUCTS DO NOT HAVE A WARRANTY. "
"I placed an order with MeritLine.com and still have not received the order, it will 4 weeks tomorrow. I had to call the company to find out that the item was indeed back ordered. The customer service rep indicated that an e-mail had been sent to all affected customers. I went back through both my e-mails and my deleted e-mail and I never received an e-mail, so I e-mailed customer support today 5-23 and that person also indicated that I had been notified. I will not be shopping with them again."
