"WARNING : Items you purchase from MERITLINE.COM may NOT have a US WARRANTY. If your product become defective after meritlines 30 day policy, YOU ARE OUT OF LUCK. I purchased an Philips SD memory card from meritline, their website said ships from US warehouse, lists the US warranty phone number, etc. This was the cheapest made card I have ever seen, within a few months the lock had literally "fallen" out, rendering the device unwritable. I called Philips, they said it is an Argentine product and has no US warranty, they can't help me. Emailed Meritline, they said you out of our 30 day return policy. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. THEY WONT TELL YOU ON THEIR WEBSITE THAT THEIR PRODUCTS DO NOT HAVE A WARRANTY. "

"I placed an order with MeritLine.com and still have not received the order, it will 4 weeks tomorrow. I had to call the company to find out that the item was indeed back ordered. The customer service rep indicated that an e-mail had been sent to all affected customers. I went back through both my e-mails and my deleted e-mail and I never received an e-mail, so I e-mailed customer support today 5-23 and that person also indicated that I had been notified. I will not be shopping with them again."
"I ordered a Mygica USB 2.0 to HDMI DVI VGA 1080P DisplayLink Adapter for PC and MAC, 1920 X 1080 Resolution with DVI/HDMI/VGA Output to HDTV or Additional PC Monitor. However it would not work with my MAC and all system requirements were met. Meritline has refused to give me a full refund, only offering a refund of 85% because I ordered the wrong thing. However, it plainly states on my receipt and on the item page that it will work on a MAC.
I highly discourage using this company. They refuse to call back and/or answer the phone. "

"I recently purchased a gaming mouse from Meritline. I did not realize that it was going to be refurbished, which is probably my own mistake, but one I can live with.
HOWEVER, the mouse I recieved (after a fairly long shipping time) was NOT refurbished. It was not even cleaned, it still had brown gunk from a previous owners hands in the seams of the casing, and it was severely worn on all contact points. It arrived in a padded envelope, with none of the original packaging or paperwork.
Considering it was only 20% cheaper than a brand new mouse would have been, this is really, really unacceptable condition.
I tried calling their customer service line, but after going through the menus to the return line, I got a message stating that the person I was calling wasn't available, and then got booted back out to the top of the phone menu.
I left an email, but have not yet heard back. I will not be using Meritline in the future, and cannot recommend them because of the apparent lack of quality control."
