I sent them an e-mail asking if it did, and received a quick response that it did not, and they were holding my order to see if I wanted to include the charger and an extra battery. Buying two got the charger free. I told them to go ahead. They sent the order via USPS Priority Mail, and it cost less and came more quickly than via UPS.
