They promissed Fed-X 1st overnight and sure enough the Fed-X guy woke me up in the morning with my delivery. Packing was superb and the product was brand new. "Bought a macbook pro 15" unibody bottom case replacement cover base. But when it was delivered, I opened up the package to see it was a used , scratched up case. Totally not worth it.. Will never buy from again. At least state to the customer if you are selling used / newUpdate: After checking this site, apparently they had made a mistake in shipping for used part/ vs. new part. Their support immediately contacted me and offered to ship a replacement the part at no cost. I received the new part today (Jan 18) in my mail and was very pleased. Therefore I'm changing my satisfaction to 5 stars from 1 star, will definitely buy from memory4less again. Thanks for the quick response and correction."
"Terrible customer service, I placed an order for a graphics card on Cyber Monday and it was in processing for a week before it shipped. When it finally arrived it was clearly defective and I RMA'd it. They approved a replacement after I had to pay to ship back the defective card but the replacement has been processing for 11 days now without shipping. In total it's been almost a month since my original order and I still don't have my graphic card!"
"Ok..let me start with saying that i got a samsung 750GB 5400RPM drive for 60 dollars !!! I don;t think anyone can match that price even for the used drives. This the cheapest and the best deal i have ever had ! Even though shipping wasn't as prompt. My order wasn't even processed for a few days so I called up the service desk and they immediately processed it and the order went into shipping...and it stayed there for a few days before it finally shipped. I got the item in next 3 days and it was in the best condition - brand new with good packaging. I was a little apprehensive after reading the negative views here, but in the end the experience was very good and i will definitely go back and start buying more stuff for them, the prices are absolutely unmatched. And for the people who want quick deliveries and the least prices, we cannot get the best of everything in this world..we can either go to a better shippers site, pay for 2 day shipping or get a great deal here and wait a little longer for the product to reach here."

"I ordered a 7200 RPM IDE hard drive. The first drive they sent me was a SATA2. The second drive they sent me was a brick out of the package. Unfortunately, I shelved my old laptop when the first bad drive came in, and by the time I tried the second drive the 30 day return period had passed. The three customer service agents I spoke with were very friendly and ultimately the issue was resolved satisfactorily. "
