reply posted Oct-23-2012 “Customer ordered incorrect part (wrong color), however he was fully refunded for his order. Parts sold in bulk packaging normally do not have all accessories, but we are happy to provide them free of charge when possible.”

"Great Price. All ram sent worked, but we ended up ordering the wrong thing initially, although we looked up the ram by the server. In our case I think this server just has a strange ram configuration if you want to max it out.
They did great w/ the RMA process, it was as painless as an RMA can be. I'll definitely do business with them again."
