(Sigh). I was super stressed out by the defect, and probably a but more high speed than usual. These guys were sympathetic, quick, professional and got my replacement to me the very next day. "Great Price. All ram sent worked, but we ended up ordering the wrong thing initially, although we looked up the ram by the server. In our case I think this server just has a strange ram configuration if you want to max it out.
They did great w/ the RMA process, it was as painless as an RMA can be. I'll definitely do business with them again."
