"I have ordered memory in the past and received it promptly. This time I reorded the same memory and it has taken over 3 weeks before it was shipped. I did not expect it to take this long. Everything about the product is "as advertised" and not complaints."
"Great catalog to select the desired product! There is a wide variety of parts and good description of them, which includes a link to the original manufacturer's datasheet. A related database of computer-memory compatibility would be helpful and a nice plus.
As a Canadian customer, I would like to see the "Canadian company" tag shown on all pages of the Canadian end of the website. Also, the "no hidden shipping charges" etc. note should be more visible, since those are the killer aspects of the on-line shopping of electronic (and pretty much all) products.
I got a great service overall, and I am fully satisfied by it."
"I purchased a hard drive and some memory for my macbook pro, and things are turning out great. The company is fantastic to deal with. I am leaving for a vacation in a few days and they have done everything possible to make sure I get my items before I go away. The hard drive wasn't available right away but they split the order up for me and are at least sending the RAM. I really have nothing bad to say."
"Well, I paid for 2 x 2 Gb of SODIMM memory modules. I got only 1 x 2Gb module. Like how hard it is to count up to two???? I called them, I got promises of speedy delivery of the other half of my order. We will see. Overall,I'm not impressed."
"Found MemoryDepot on Google when looking for server RAM. DELL Canada was charging more than their American counterpart and I didn't want to pay the difference. "
"It is a very good service in internet for to buy somthing. For my it was very quick and very serius in her service. I will try again work with this company. Thank you."
"Well, 1st it said the memory was in stock and ready to be shipped that day right on the web site, then on the last day of expected delivery after waiting the 2-3 days shipping time I finally receive this message that my order has just been processed and shipped. Just a bit of difference between the expectation you set and actual actions that occur. Somewhat of a disappointment there as I now am a week behind schedule but what do you care about my schedule right. So to sum it all up again, the day I think its finally going to arrive, 4 days after ordering the 2-3 business day delivery and I get notice it's been shipped. Maybe next week it will actually arrive, too bad I'll be out of town on holidays for two weeks and have to wait until I return to pick it up if it's not here by Tuesday which is seeming quite unlikely. Guess you get what you pay for after all, in more ways than one. I guess with the internet there is enough flow of new unsuspecting customers that it does not reflect in your profits but I'm sure you will find with time that it does. Though I guess if you're a fly by night company you won't be around that long so you probably don't really care either. As for winning the iPad, what a joke, as if any regular customers ever win that stuff. It's all a set up for publicity and draw, no real meaning or value from all of my past experiences, I just happened to have this to say anyway and thought I would comment on that as well. Oh, and obviously the money was taken from my bank on the Sunday that I ordered it, not on the Thursday that it was finally shipped. Funny thing huh. Who would have thought. Who needs return customers or word of mouth advertising anyway, that's what internet search engines are for. Hopefully the next person reads some revues first and see's another warning like this before the same fate happens to them. People will learn, and you will see why in the end it does not pay. It's eastern philosophy that says it is the wrong way of doing business, much more expected from the western world but not here usually in my experience. Guess you don't get it right all the time. This time I really paid the price. Next time hopefully you do instead of the customer. "
"I was shopping for a memory upgrade for an older apple ibook online. It was proving to be a frustrating excercise as no one carried this product. That was until I stumbled onto the MemoryDepot website. The entire process of searching for what I needed and going through the checkout was probllem free. I would definitely recommend shopping at memorydepot.com"
