What is nice about them, is that they emailed me upon receipt of my order, kept me in the loop throughout their manufacturing process, and then when they shipped. I found their service and turnaround time very fast (every time I created something it was shipped within two days). In a nutshell: Their customer service was outstanding, the product that I ordered was better than I expected, the prices were good and the turn-around time was exceptional.<br><br>Here\u0027s what amazed me: I placed my order at 7:38 a.m. At 7:40 I got an e-mail that my order had been received. At 7:42 I got an e-mail that my order was in production, and by 10:27 they let me know that it had shipped. I ordered the stickers Thursday, and they were in my mailbox on Saturday. 4 minutes from order to production, and less than three hours after I ordered, they were in the mail. It doesn\u0027t get any better than that. <br><br>The product that I\u0027ve now ordered twice is a 4\u0022x4\u0022 clear sticker with a white bicycle graphic. I had them made as a memorial to a cyclist in my community who was struck and killed by a car (a white \u0022ghost-bicycle\u0022 is frequently placed as a memorial to a cyclist), and the response to the stickers has been overwhelming. At least two dozen people have commented on the quality, and our local bike shop has had people asking how they can get stickers like this made. <br><br>These guys are outstanding. They provided a great product for a very reasonable cost. They seem to have a great business model, and I have enjoyed doing business with them. It\u0027s a really nice touch that they tell you the names of the team members who work on your order as well--in my case, it was Justin D., Will W., Marty G. and Sandy H.
