"I have had my Maingear computer for about a week now, and have nothing but good things to say about it. The ordering process was easy, and every question I had while deciding what I needed for my specific needs was answered and explained. Danny was very helpful, and kept me within the budget I had set. The order was completed within a couple days of the projected completion time, and shipped promptly. When it arrived I couldn't have been more pleased, very clean interior, and a beautiful system. Upon turning it on, everything started right up, and ran beautifully. It is everything that was promised, and that I hoped it would be. Maingear is an amazing company, and will have my business for years to come. Thanks to everyone at Maingear for helping build such an excellent system. My only regret, not clicking the free T-shirt button. ;)"

"So, what do you do when you want a whiz bang computer that will handle a Ceton 3 tuner card, MS Media Center, Windows Office, Outlook, MS Messenger, IE8, Mozilla AND a game all at once? Why you buy a MAINGEAR! For under 5K get a state of the art graphics card, Intel Quad core I-7 960, SSD 126 boot drive, water cooled and dual raid 1T hard drives in a cool case that's water-cooled - that's the Maingear Shift. Quiet, cool, fast, powerful and puts everything else I've see to shame. Oh and did I mention it has an easily serviced case and you see no wires? As you can tell I love it! I can't believe it's almost a year old. So, have I had any problems - None! Do Windows 7 and MS Office 2010 run well on it (64 bit operation)- Yes. If you do intense office work involving access to many internet pages at once as well as various office products this is really hard to beat. Can you configure a HP or Dell similarly? Actually, no you can't and frankly even If I could their reliability can't even come close to Maingear. Oh, and then there are the games....
I would be remiss if I didn't mention the one and only complaint I've had - the manual needs work. It is not designed for the unlearned but frankly after I first set it up I never went back to it. Just something they need to work on and I desperately wanted to say something negative so I couldn't be considered fawning. "

"Have had my Maingear Shift for about 5 weeks. It exceeds expectations, runs any game played flawlessly including Crysis, no crashes, no problems. Nothing else i can i say but very pleased that i made the switch to Maingear and could not be more satisfied with the performance, quality, and service.
My Shift includes

Picked up in person and was given a tour of the Maingear facilities. Very impressed with their operation and was treated very well. Everyone i met was knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and took time to answer all my questions.
Highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to purchase from them again. "

"Maingear made me the best PC I've ever owned. I can't believe its almost a year old.

Purchased the F131, with the foam insulated panels she purrs ever so softly. Really nice after my old Voodoo PC that sounded like a blow dryer.

Chris and his team helped get me exactly what I wanted and I couldn't be more pleased.

Highly recommend Maingear. Great quality, customer service and performance. Also its cool that they build them in the states. "

"Dealing with Maingear was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Firstly, the fact that you can call and have the CEO of the company on the phone assisting you personally is pretty special. Chris and Gus were awesome to deal with and what really sealed the deal for me was that they didn't try to upsell me on anything. I told them what I needed the machine to do, and gave them the specs I had in mind, and they actually advised me to move down in price on a few of the components. The computer was delivered quickly and in perfect shape and has been working smoothly since day one. I would highly recommend Maingear to anyone considering a custom computer; these guys are the best."

"After contacting Maingear what i really appreciated right off the bat was that the individual from Maingear LISTENED to what i wanted to use my new system for, and was not a hammer looking for solution (or nail). he was not configuring a system in his head to meet my max budget. i always felt that other manufacturers were doing that. He was very knowledge on systems/technology issues/HW exploits related to Adobe products, even though he was not personally expert on all the advanced Adobe functions and digital image editing. We configured the RIGHT system -- for ME -- with growth potential built in. The only surprises during the whole process were PLEASANT ones, in which the vendor respected/appreciated the customer and established an ongoing relationship. Yes, the systems was 'expensive' but...not really. you get intelligent/advanced engineering, superior quality internal devices, expert advice on any subject you bring up, you sense the pride in manufacture/service in every employee, and you get a relationship with the vendor. ABSOLUTELY this is superior value. and you ain't getting a system hobbled together with whatever components are cheapest on the open market on any particular day. i will give you THREE GUESSES where i am getting my NEXT computer. lock and load, on your feet... TO MAINGEAR ! "

"My entire experience with Maingear has been excellent. The ordering experience was exciting because of the opportunity to purchase exactly what I needed. I needed some other information and got expert advice over the phone. Shipping was timely. That same expert advice was given when I called for help after setting up the PC.
If you are looking at other brands of PC you can not compare the prices because you will not get the care and expertise and service from any one else like you do from Maingear. "

"I purchased an xcube not too long ago from Maingear. Ordering was a snap and I was able to check on the progress of the build regularly. Excellent documentation and support came with it. I've only had to call Maingear support once since I received it and they very helpful and patient and resolved my issue quickly. I would recommend Maingear to anyone looking for a performance rig. Excellent company."

"I have found a computer that can do just about everything at once and run high end games without a sweat. I friggin love the laser engraving. I got the starfreet command logo on it and every time I look at it I think about how awesome maingear is for thinking about even this detail of personalization. "

"I purchased a MAINGEAR X-Cube computer early this spring. I'd read the reviews and it seemed like the best company out there. Well the computer they shipped me never worked right. I had blue screens and freezes almost every day. After much tech support they wanted me to send it back. I frankly told them I have bad arthritis and wasn't thrilled about having to lift and carry the heavy box back into Fed-Ex. I wasn't angry because it wasn't their fault a component was failing, just not pleased.

Chris Morley contacted me the next day and OFFERED ME A NEW COMPUTER!!!! I was stunned at this level of customer service. I was in the middle of a disagreement with my roofer who wouldn't even return a phone call...and here is an offer of a new system.

The new system arrived complete with a video card update and has worked like a dream ever since. I don't know what was wrong with the first one but I'm certain that it was torn apart when they got it so that the techs know the problem.

They have the best service of ANY company I've ever dealt with and I am 110% pleased with my purchase and am advising everyone to do business with them with confidence. They will do everything they can to make your experience as a customer be best possible buying experience you've ever had.

GO MAINGEAR!"
