Fran Fox was professional, patient and very helpful as I ordered my Respronics Simply Go concentrator. After completing two long trips by air, I am convinced my patience in waiting for this concentrator to be approved for air travel has been rewarded. The 10 pound concentrator fits under the seat, the batteries are easily changed and it is smaller than a makeup case. My ten batteries are easily charged with the external charger and the concentrator unit. There are three optional modes: pulse, continuous and sleeping.<br><br>The only change suggested for the unit involves making the continuous flow option available to 3 m per minute. Pulse-options range from 1.0 to 6.0 in 0.5 increments; however, many patients have continuous flow prescribed for them at rates greater than 2.0. "It was not only a great experience dealing with Fran Fox, it was exceptional. I not only called him after hours and asked questions he needed to look up, but he followed thru and returned my call that same evening with all my answers. When it came time to place my order he was extremely professional, made comments as to items I would most likely need and some of the items I requested he did not have in stock but advised me where I could find them and advised they would be a couple of dollars more than his charge. He then followed up making sure I was happy with my purchase and had received everything I needed. I would recommend dealing with Fran Fox to anyone and everyone."
