Patiently waited for almost 2 months, which would have been rather painful except that Main Performance PC provided regular updates on shipping schedules with DETAILS on processes, etc. As USA arrival of shipment neared, they even posted the container tracking link! Daily updates were provided at that point. That wins them HUGE bonus points from me. As far as the cockpit, arrived rather dirty (duh, came from a factory in China) but not a big issue. Packaging could have been thicker, some of mine was cut through by corners and edges, and my seat had a tiny puncture :-( Nothing bad enough to whine profusely about, though. Their higher-end custom PCs seem priced excessively high. Anyway, definitely recommend the company itself. Great customer service and they maintain constant communication with their customers. I bought a PC and Obutto from Main Performance, my wife has a PC from them, my brother also and my dad has PC with the Obutto. Everybody is happy now. Anytime i or we have had a question or even an self inflicted problem, i never waited longer than 15-20 minutes for a return call. (even on a Sunday morning he called back) Not only a call, but problem or question fixed or answered. You can\u0027t get any better service than that.
