"The absolute worst store I've ever delt with on tne net. They sent me the wrong camera battery and than wouldn't take it back until you speak to the boss-who is never available. Eventually took battery back, but got stuck with postage both ways for their errors. Byer beware eith this group. They don't answer emails or letters!"

"I had a great experience with MpSuperstore, when I ordered the product they had it listed as out of stock and I received an email within minutes of placing my order telling me that they would update me when they could fulfill my order and no charge would go through until they did. My first toughts were that the comments of those negative reviews were right and I should have listened to them. I then got a phone call with sincere apologies for the delay and they said that I would be kept abreast of their every move. I felt a little better but I was still not convinced until I got an email explaining all again and then another email later on with how far along the process my order was. Their system did a great job of keeping me (the customer) informed at all phases of the purchase and shipping. A couple hours after the first email I received another stating that they were able to fill my order and I got a tracking number with that email to monitor my packages progress. I ended up receiving my order Wednesday after placing it Monday afternoon and simply using their ground shipping option. The memory card arrived with the orginal packaging in perfect condition and well protected within the box. This vendor was wonderful to deal with and also has highly competitive prices; I would recommend them to anyone regardless of any other comments made about them."
"Warning! Warning! Warning!Do not purchase a TV from this online store. As others have reported, the order will not go through. Instead, you will receive an email (copied below) advising you that "additional information" is needed. If you call back, you will receive a rude and very high pressure sales pitch for the $600 extended warranty. You will also learn that the delivery ("by private truck") will take at least 3 to 4 weeks. This is despite the fact that the web site order form promised "7 -10 days." Izzy will then tell you that he can discount the price of the extended warranty by 25% and upgrade the delivery to "7-10 days." If you decide to decline his offer, he will agree to cancel your order, but not before telling you that "almost everyone" gets the warranty, complaining that he's wasted 30 minutes on the phone with you, and then finally mumbling "yeah, yeah, your order is cancelled."I will stay away from MPSuperstore forever.________________________________________________Dear _____ ______,My name is Izzy S. and I have been assigned to your order. "Do not buy from these people. Ordered Sony DSC-H1, as this store advertised a $50 rebate. Called in order, rep says rebate is from sony, so I order (after salesman tried to get me to buy filters, memory, everything, and I kept telling him camera only) and then I contacted Sony to find out about the rebate, they say no rebate available. I then called to cancel myorder, but MP Superstore insists rebate is available, and they will fax me the form, so I agree to keep order but ask for fax ASAP. Got the rebate form, good for purchases Dec 18-31st, this is the 8th, so it is not good. Called to cancel again. Of course the guy I need to talk to is busy and will call. I wait about one more hour and cannot take it any longer so I call them. This time they say they found another rebate that is good, but I tell I already checked with Sony and there is no rebate for this camera at this time, so I want to cancel anyway. Then they say the order is already in shipping and it cannot be stopped, but they will try. I am advised to simply refuse shipment from UPS, and they told me I would not have any charges, but that remains to be seen. I find it hard to believe they could not stop shipment when I asked to cancel the order within 2-3 hrs from ordering. So please be careful doing business with these people. I'll be even more miffed if I get any charges from these people."
"Horrible experience. I had to order a camera twice. The first one I ordered the salesman had assured me was in stock and then a week later a get an email stating it isn't in stock. Then to try and make up for it - they give me a discount on accessories. The funny thing is that I didn't order any the first time so why would I buy them the second time with another camera. I had to call to order the camera the second time and in the middle of the order the salesman put me on hold for 15 minutes so I hung up. I ordered online only because the camera was $100 cheaper than anywhere else. But the $100 dollars was not worth the headache of dealing with this company. I would not recommend them at all"
"Ordered a Canon Elura 90 camcorder. I was pressured into taking the warranty and buying additional items that I did not want. I was then pressured into switching to a different model camcorder. I finally got the salesman to place my order for only the camcorder. He was very upset I did not buy anything else. I received and email later in the day that my order was canceled. I have not verified if my credit card was refunded. Very dissatisfied with unprofessional service."

The only problem was that the email looked like spam. "From:Email Subject:your order" After I stupidly opened this email and called them they tried to hard sell me all kinds of crap I didn't need. Several days later I called them for an order status since their order status web page doesn't work. They told me they were waiting on the camera from Fuji. I waited a few days and called again and was told they had shipped the camera to me. Today I called and was told again that they were waiting on the camera from Fuji. I cancelled my order and can only pray they will refund my credit card without receiving a letter from an attorney."
"It has been 2 weeks since I ordered an "in stock" item and it has not shipped. After being told that it would "ship today" on 3 different days I cancelled the order. This company was more proficient at charging my credit card. It remains to be seen if they are proficient at reversing the charge.After initially placing my web order I received the following email. "The exact same experience as others. 1) they offer low price 2) they bait and switch 3) they push expensive upgrades and tell lies 4) they charge your credit card before shipping (before you even decide what you want!) 5) they hassle you about canceling order 6) they are abusive and rude. The whole transaction smelled from the beginning, so I canceled within minutes of placing the order. It took one week, and lots of calls, emails, and faxes, to get a credit. Take others advice and avoid these crooks!"
"Beware. MP’s model is to sell you items that are not in stock then force you to call and “confirm” your order, really just a sales pitch for add-ons or extended warranties. Most importantly, they will charge your credit card well before shipping. It took 3+ weeks to get a tracking number on a recent order and I was in fact one day away from reporting this as fraud to my credit card company. "

He then stated that the item was not in stock and offered to sell me something similar. A bait and switch tactic. "I purchased a Sony DCR-HC32 camcorder from these guys. Very high pressure salesman who wasted almost a half-hour of my time. I also ordered an extra battery...what I thought would be a Sony np-fp90, since I ordered it by number. They sent me a third-party replacement battery with substantially lower capacity. At the end of the transaction, the salesman gave me a coupon code good for $50 off on my next order. When I tried to order a digital camera on line (before I received the box containing the switched battery), the coupon didn't work. I then called in, only to have the salesman tell me that it was good for $20. When I told him that it was supposed to be for $50, he switched me to "customer service". They never answered the phone. I purchased the digital camera from another vendor."
"REceived my HP PDA in a very short delievery time although I had to take off work to go personally to UPS offices to pick up the merchandise because they didn't leave it without a signature. They did have the best price around."
