"I have ordered tens of thousands of dollars worth of products from this company in the past 3 years without any problems whatsoever. The pricing is great, the shipping is a bit expensive, but they ship the day that I order and their website never claims something is in stock if it isn't. Their returns (RMA) department is very fast at turning around the 2 parts I had to return (out of over 100). Solid 5 star merchant; and I've dealt with enough 0 star turds to know the difference."

"I have dealt with this company for some time now. I usually do not have any problems, but now this past problem has caused to to never do business with this company again. I purchased a Soyo Dragon MB from this company and it arrived to my house with major problems. I contacted them about the problem and they just accused me of trading the board out with a bad one and I was just trying to gain a new board. I tried to make the understand that it was their fault that it was late arriving to my business site and it only took me about 15 minutes to decide that the board was dead but they did not want to hear the truth about this board. It all comes down to they right out called me a liar and they did not want to help me in the situation at all. I lost my customer due to this problem and in turn they have lost my business forever. Now I have a dead MB and I am out over $100 for their screw up! I would not recommend doing business with this company at all. If you recive a bad product, that is just too bad for you, it's not their problem. I am just glad it wasn't something of higher value to find out that they do not stand behind their products at all. Please stay away from these crooks!"
