They had the best price of any of the Clevo\/Sager which allowed me to get more than I was hoping for in my budget. I ordered it on a weekend and they finished the build in only 3 days, way ahead of scheduled. When I recieved it the next week, it came nicely packaged with all that was ordered. I was able to get someone to help me with the purchase at 2:30 AM EST. I needed help buying the laptop using 2 credit cards and they were able to help quickly and efficiently. Malibal\u0027s prices are also one of the most competitive among all the reseller and their options to customize your laptop is top notch. I\u0027ve visited all the other laptop manufacturer\u0027s websites, such as Dell\/Alienware, HP, Lenovo, Sager, XoticPC, Power Notebook,and Mythologic and found Malibal\u0027s prices and customizability were the best for me. They even have options for free shipping and delivery if you ask. I ordered on 10\/17 and the laptop came on 10\/21 so their delivery time is superb.<br><br>The laptop itself is very nice. I got the 17\u0022 glossy screen instead of the matte so there is a little glare but not really noticeable. I got i7-2630QM CPU, 16gig 1333 RAM, Radeon 6990M, 80 gig SSD HD, 500 gig HD, intel 6300 wireless, and IC diamond 7 thermal coumpound all for about $1800. I haven\u0027t tried any games on it yet, but Windows Experience Index gave the following scores, CPU-7.4, RAM-7.6, Graphics 2D\/3D-7.6, and Primary Hard disk-7.7. The laptop comes with all the basic drivers and software on 1 CD so doing a fresh Windows install is easy. If there is any cons I feel about the laptop I would have to say it\u0027s the weight.<br><br>Overall the experience with Malibal was very good and I wouldn\u0027t buy a laptop from any other company.
