"Placed a $250 order on Monday 11/7. Got the tracking number which said it would be delivered on Wednesday 11/9. Wednesday came and went, checked the tracking number and it said the package was delivered, to a location 1200 miles from me! I contacted Luckygunner.com and asked what the deal was. I was told that they were checking into it. Next day, no response, so I emailed them again. They said FedEx is looking into it. Following day, no response. I emailed them again and was told that FedEx put a trace on it and would take up to two business days to figure out what happened. Ok, fine, now I’ve missed my weekend shooting with friends because I’ve got no ammo and my credit card has been charged.
On the second business day (the deadline for FedEx to trace the package) no response from Luckygunner. I emailed them AGAIN on the third business day to find out what is going on. They said the package is lost and they would be sending another package.
I finally received my order 9 days after I was supposed to get it. When the heavy package arrived it was BARELY taped together. One corner was ripped (not taped well enough to hold it together) and I could clearly see two boxes of ammo sticking out (one with a corner crushed).
I asked Luckygunner for a refund on the shipping because it was 9 days late and they responded that they can’t do that. I repeatedly had to ask them what the status was. If I didn’t email them, I would have gotten absolutely NO response. Total lack of customer service. Guess I was the unluckygunner. "
