We do apologize that we were unable to fill your order. We do stock approximately 97+% of product in the warehouse however order demands can vary. On the Item page if a product is "in stock or out of stock" it will show however due to multiple orders being placed at the same time and quantity of item ordered, information can be somewhat altered. Most products are replenished within just a couple of days however sometimes there is a manufacturer issue causing longer delays. There is also the ability on the item page to request to be notified when a product is back in stock and an email will be sent to you.
If you want to substitute a back ordered item for a different size, flavor, brand that is in stock, or modify or cancel your order just contact the customer service department and we’ll make the change.
We do our best to communicate as much information as possible. On the back order email you received the customer service department contact information is provided to make any changes (including canellations)to the order. Nothing is charged to the credit card until the product is shipped. We do hope we have the opportunity to assist you again with your health and wellness needs,

Unfortunately the order number was not provided for specific information to reply to. When Standard shipping is selected, the order will ship either FedEx, USPS, DHL or a combination of these services depending on weight of package and address destination and can take anywhere from 2-8 business days. LuckyVitamin also offers additional shipping options such as Expedited; 3Day,2Day and NextDay Delivery or a set Ground or USPS PRIORITY Mail.
Once the order is shipped, the tracking information is provided so you can track the order until it reaches your door.

Your order placed on a Saturday afternoon 5/11 was processed and shipped on Monday 5/13 as orders are shipped M-F.
Transit time can vary depending on location (east/west coast), package weight, shipping method selected, etc. If the order is shipped within the U.S., tracking information is provided with the shipping email confirmation to assist with transit and approximate delivery details. All shipments leave the warehouse and go directly to the FedEx Hub in Ohio for fastest sorting and then on the local hub in your area.
Our automatic shipment program (Auto Re-order) is the easiest way to reorder your products so you receive them in plenty of time before you run out. As you shop, select the Auto-Reorder Ta on the item details page and set the frequency in which you want to receive that item. Then add that item to your cart. Choose any item available on our website and set an automatic reorder frequency and we’ll do the rest.

Most products are back in the warehouse within just a few days but we won't hold the original order and ship what we can, then ship the rest at no additional charge. "Lucky Vitamin did not inform me that they did not have the New Chapter Estrotone supplement I ordered in stock until well after I ordered it on 5/11. If I had known up front they didn't have it currently in stock, I would have ordered it from somewhere else. As it is, they have my credit card no. and plan to charge my card when the supplement comes in. I would prefer to cancel my order and get the supplement from another company, but I was not offered that option.
I will never order from Lucky Vitamin again.
