"I have made several purchases through lifeviewoutdoors.com throughout the years and I have always been very pleased with my experiences. The company stocks only very high quality gear and at fair prices. The way in which LifeView Outdoors displays the technical specifications for each product on their website gives me the knowledge and ability to make the most informed purchase. As an avid outdoor enthusiast, making an informed and educated purchase is critical as I am, potentially, betting my life on the specs. and quality of the gear that I choose. Their customer service staff is very knowledgeable, regarding outdoor gear, and if there is ever a question about a product that I have that they cannot, initially, answer they pull the product from inventory and are able to give me the answer I need.

"The price was right. Service was great. Fast delivery. Packaging was oustanding.

But... When I started the order the approximate shipping showed up as six dollars and change. Acceptable. When I got to checkout the shipping was now ten dollars and change. Too late to back out now as I wanted the product. Upset me a little bit.

Thanks for the Spork tho'..."

"I live n Nashville and called the guys at the site and asked if I could come by and handle a few of the knives I was wanting to purchase before buying. The guys do not have a traditional store front, but with out hesitating told me to come on by. Most internet sellers would not do this, and this show the level of service you receive from life view. After holding the knives I was interested in I changed my mind on which knife I wanted to get, and purchased it on the spot. Thanks guys"

"Like another reviewer, I was interested in Eberlestock packs. Lifeview Outdoors was the closest retailer to me. I called to ask if I could come by & check out the packs in person, and was invited to do so.
Mike was very helpful explaining the features & adjustments of the pack, and patient with my many questions. After I purchased the pack, Mike offered a folding knife of my choice, and also gave my wife a water bottle free of charge. Excellent experience.
When I later had a broken buckle on my Eberlestock, I tried to contact the company with no success for several days.
I emailed Mike at Lifeview Outdoors regarding the problem and asking his advice. He contacted the company, and I got an immediate response.
There is something about doing business with people who genuinely want to help and please the customer, it is very rare, and very valuable when found.
I have since ordered again from Lifeview, and have recieved the same excellent customer service. They have earned my business permenantly.

"We ordered Mora knives from them because my boys wanted a particular color in stainless steel, and they were the only ones who had both items. Unfortunatley the sheath color was not as pictured and my son was unhappy. So I called them and they were willing to send him the sheath color as shown and made sure we knew that they wanted us to be pleased with our purchase."

"I was looking at the eberlestock tactical backpacks when I found a local reseller....Lifeview Outdoors. They did not have one in stock but ordered one just so I could examine it with no obligation. They were more than accommodating. I bought the backpack and am very satisfied with the quality of the workmanship. I was also given a folding knife just for buying the backpack. This was after I made the purchase so it was not a "come on" to make a sale. I would recommend this reseller to anyone.I know I will be buying more from them."

"Ordered a Ka-Bar Becker BK2 Campanion Knife and Swedish Firesteel, and it was at my door 2 days later. Terrific customer service...I asked for a few stickers to put on my nalgene...not only did I receive stickers but, also got a spork/knife utensil. Not sure if this is a standard gift with every order...either way, that kind of CS is miles ahead of most other companies, especially on the internet.

Will definitely be buying equipment for LifeView again. "

"An excellent experience overall! I had the opportunity to visit the store on Nashville, TN and meet the guys. Mike and Darren were very knowledgeable on their products and provided one on one service; these guys were very patience and professional. I am very pleased with the items I purchased, and best of all, they have the best pricing I could find... even on line! I purchased an RAT ESEE-5P-OD knife, survival kit, and other misc items. They have a great selection of name brands and most important provide excellent advice so you buy exactly what you need. I definitely look forward doing business with them in the near future.
