Perhaps it had an old battery? Went to a watch store to buy a new battery and they told us that the battery drains within 5 minutes. The watch itself is defective. We returned it to Leisure Pro and asked for a full refund. No response from Leisure Pro. Called after two weeks and they said it was being repaired. We did not want a repair. We want a refund since the watch is defective to begin with. They will not give us a full refund even though the product was defective. Still waiting to get feedback from LeisurePro. Still waiting to get back the repaired watch we no longer want. Highly unsatisfied with customer service and the company.<br><br>UPDATE: 2-23-13<br>LeisurePro finally contacted us and processed the refund.
