I let them ship it the cheapest way, since they are paying for it, but every time I try their tracking system (right now a couple of days behind) it tells me it is somewhere in Indiana. I do not know how that gets my shipment to me here in southern California, but, hopefully they know what they are doing. If I had it to do over again, I would pay for faster shipping. Had lint and dust on it and a repair on it was evident. Did not work when my appliance repairman put it in. Promptly got an RMA number and returned it the same day. I also ordered and paid for an additional replacement board at the same time as I needed the part and didn\u0027t have the time for them to \u0022test\u0022 the returned item before issuing a replacement. The second replacement board looked to be in much better shape and does work. However after more than a week from confirmation of original return being received no refund has been issued. Moreover, their website does not work as as when I punch in my RMA number no status information is received. The company when it answers the phone says the product is still undergoing \u0022testing\u0022. They should be more concerned about \u0022testing\u0022 products BEFORE they are shipped to the customer rather than worrying about \u0022testing\u0022 returns and holding up refunds. "The battery arrived when expected. The jury is still out on the longevity. So far I've gotten 3.5 hours on the battery. The added dimensions of the battery raise it off the table, the computer seems to run cooler."
