reply posted Mar-27-2012 “I did apologize on the phone sir, the very first time you called, and as soon as the issue was brought to my attention I immediately returned your funds. I am sorry I do not have the item in stock and unfortunately I cannot snap my fingers and make the item I sold at the gunshow over the weekend appear out of thin air in order to sell to you. You're right, I did get short on the phone with you, after you called us for the 4th time. I am sorry we cannot get you the gun but we simply do not have the time or resources to spend all day on the phone with you talking about an item we do not have. I did mention several other guns that we had in stock but you were not interested in them. We normally update the website Sunday evening or Monday morning after the shows, and we do occasionally have an item sell on the website that we do not have in stock. In these situations we normally try to get the item in as fast as we can and fill the order or we refund the customer if we are unable to do so. That was the case in your situation, we were unable to get another one and we refunded your account immediately.”
