"I order the yamaha arius 181 digital piano, the complete home bundle, to my surprise I received it in two business days. Shipping was incredibly fast and free. Everything was in excellent condition, no complaints. This was my first order with Kraft Music and let me tell you, is not going to be the last one. I am very please with the service I got from Kraft Music. This is the one and only place to shop.

"OMG If this isnt the best place to shop, then I dont know what is ! The service is remarkable. I ordered a Yamaha YPG 535 keyboard and asked if I could have it by the following week for my birthday ! Well, it came the NEXT DAY !!!!!! I just LOVE it. Plus, I had no money down and 0% interest! And the delivery was FREE !!! Well, you gotta love that ! The salesman was very knowledgeable and helped me decide which one to get. This is the ONLY place to shop !!!! I give them 10 stars !"

"Wow! These guys are great. I purchased the TD-12 drum system. The "Complete bundle" saved me a lot of time searching for components. All the equipment is excellent quality. Shipping was incredibly fast and boxes were well protected to ensure no damage occurred. I didn't have to use it, but their return policy seemed more than sufficient to allay my concerns. I highly recommend this company for any of your needs"

"Browsed lot of websites and stores for this Yamaha Piano (YDP223)recommended by my brother in Seattle and my son's Piano teacher. I really had hard time finding it until I came across Krafts Music .. It was the most simple to order and the best deal I've found. Loved the fact shipping was free and was delivered on the promised date. My son is enjoying it. I highley recommend the Kraft store."

"Kraft is a small company having to compete with big online retailers, but they're doing a great job of it by offering competitive prices and excellent customer service.

I ordered a Kawai MP8ii digital piano -- heavy enough that it had to be shipped by truck freight -- and it arrived promptly and in excellent condition. The Kawai was a demo version that they had already marked down, and they were still willing to negotiate on price from there. I was a little nervous about buying such an expensive, heavy instrument online, and a demo unit at that, but the fact that the sales rep I worked with (Scott) had played it himself, described a few cosmetic flaws it had, and knew it to be in as-new working condition actually gave me a lot of confidence. Considering Kraft pays for shipping both ways if the instrument is defective, I decided they would take pains not to send me a broken unit.

When it arrived, the only thing out of place was a missing music rest. I called Scott, he had the manufacturer drop-ship it to me within a few days. I recommend doing business with this company.

"I was shopping online for a digital piano to send as a Christmas present. I came upon Kraft Music and I'm very glad I did. They had the product I was looking for. Their price was very competitive. I spoke with Adam on numerous occasions and he was very helpful and willing to answer all of my many questions. When I made the purchase, the item was shipped quickly (as I'd been assured it would be). Questions I had after making the purchase were answered quickly and thoroughly. All told, it was a surprisingly positive experience with Kraft Music managing to deliver competent, personal and friendly service despite the obstacles inherent in online shopping."
