"Hmmm it's pretty interesting that there are mixed reviews about Kohls online shopping. I've only shopped online with Kohls twice but both transactions were smooth and effortless. I guess it all depends on timing and the item(s) you purchase. I can fully understand some people's sentiments where they might have had a bad experience.Anyway, I like shopping at Khols stores occasionally and when I want something that isnt available in their stores then i just shop online. Their site is pretty organized and straightforward. They have nice prices and many selections to choose from. Each time I ordered, i was able to get what i wanted and the items were the right size for me and/or the person that i bought an item for. Hopefully Kohls can fix their customer service problems for the sake of others (and possibly myself) in the near future."

"I love Kohl's department stores, but their online shopping is TERRIBLE. I found the perfect dressy top for my sister online, but the stores did not carry it, so I ordered online AND paid extra shipping ($25 was ridiculous to ensure a delivery within 5 days) to have it arrive on time. I also used a 15% off coupon code and $10 Kohl's Cash, so the price was great.My sister LOVED the top, but it was a little too big for her. I called kohls.com customer service and was told that I had to "re-order" the top (pay additional shipping), and that they could not honor the coupon/Kohl's Cash price that I had purchased it for. When I argued I was told that it was my fault, not Kohl's. The rep. offered to "try" to honor the price when I threatened to ask for his manager, but THEN he told me that the item I wanted to exchange was "sold out" and he could no longer see it in the database...it had vanished from existence. (WHAT?!?) He could not even tell me if it would be in stock again in the future. He offered to help me find a similar top that I could purchase online, but I assured him the Kohls.com customer service policies were bizarre and inconvenient, and that I would NEVER purchase from their website again. The rep. was very polite and apologetic, but that didn't make up for my EXTREME DISAPPOINTMENT. =(Oh, and when I tried to write them a formal complaint, the website had a bug and I could not get to them via e-mail. I tried contacting the webmaster, but I still haven't heard back."

"I have ordered from Kohl's online several times. The delivery date was kept and the link to trace your shipment was very easy to use. I could see where my package was and when it was expected to be delivered. It was delivered on the day that the UPS link said it would. The time frame that Kohl's gave for delivery was accurate. The shipping rates are reasonable as you can find special days when shipping is either free or $0.99! All of the items are shipped neatly and i always received what i ordered. Although I did not order during the holidays as others have and experienced troubles. Another thing that I think is great is that you can return the wrong size or something you didn't like to the store- no questions asked - no shipping back to the company. The sale prices are great and their coupons have no restrictions on brand name items(such as Levis) as other stores do."
"I'll echo the comments of a previous reviewer. This is the worst online purchasing experience I've ever had. I ordered a Dyson vacuum from Kohls.com but it never showed up. The first time I called Customer Service (5 days after it was supposed to ship) to report that the tracking number was showing no activity, they told me to call back in 4 days, and they could take no action until then. It has been over a month, and I still haven't received the item or a refund. Each time I call support, they tell me that refunds for orders paid with a credit card can take 30 days. I've had to pay the credit card bill already, and Kohl's still has my money."
"This was the single worst onlione shopping experience of my life. Attempting to find a ring for my girlfriend, I found the perfect one online on sale at a great price. i immediately ordered the ring in size 10 and waited for delivery. The delivery itself was extremely prompt but, to my simay, the ring was a size 8. I went to the store to trade it in for the correct size, but the store didn't carry the ring (which is fine). An extremely kind employee attempted to help us through the process of sending it back and getting the new one, by Christmas. We sat with her, for half an hour, on the phone with Kohls.com. We continuously had to re-explain this issue, as the person did not speak English very well. We then received a 20% discount for our troubles and went home to re-order the ring. When calling them again, we sat on the phone with them for another half hour for essentially the same reason. Finall, we re-ordered the ring, made sure the correct size was ordered and then placed said order.I received the new ring on December 21st via UPS. When I opened the package, I found (to my complete and utter dismay) a ring that was now 4 sizes too small. At this point, I was furious. I called them immediatelyand was told that I would not be able to order a new ring in time for Christmas. They said they were incapable of over-nighting it (though the option is givin on their website) and I was also told that they could not send it via UPS (which was a blatant lie, as the second ring was delivered via UPS). I am disgusted by both the lies fed to me and the fact that had twice messed up my order. I have, essentially, paid a shipping fee to be pissed off and lied to. This is the single worst shopping experience of my life and I refuse to ever shop at Kohl's again. Let this be a warning to those of you who wish to please your loved ones. They won't let you."
"Kohl's delivery service is absolutely disgraceful. In this day and age, a store like Kohl's should have its act together when it comes to online sales. I placed my order late on Thursday, Dec 2. I received an e-mail on Monday, Dec 6 alerting me that my order was packed and ready for shipping. My estimated delivery date was between Dec 14 & 17. Item arrived on Monday, Dec 21. In time for Christmas, which was my biggest concern and in good condtion. This wait might be ok for some, but I believe that 18 days (12 business days) from order to delivery, is ridiculous."
"I placed an order with Kohls.com two days after Thanksgiving. I originally tried to place the order the night before but their site kept locking up and would not allow me to sign into my account. I should have taken the hint and placed my order somewhere else. It took a week for my order to even be shipped. I was given a delivery date and when that date came and went with no package I started making calls. FedEx was unable to help me so I contacted Kohl's. Their CS rep said that they would trace the order and it would take 24 hours. He promised repeatedly that he would contact me within 24 hours. 48 hours later I still had not heard from him so I called Kohl'sagain. This time I was told that a trace takes 2-3 weeks. I asked that they re-send the items and they agreed only to tell me that I would have to pay for a new order. I asked for a refund and the 1st lady told me she would cancel the trace and issue a refund. Then she said it would take almost a month to get my refund. I then talked to a mngr who said they couldn't cancel the trace and that the only way to get a refund was to wait until the trace was done in 2-3 weeks. He sd they could issue a refund at that time and that it would take another 10-14 business days to get my refund. So I have talked to 3 different people, I have been told 3 different things. I have no order, I won't get my $$$$ for at least a month and a half and Kohl's doesn't care. I was a faithful Kohl's shopper but if this is their version of customer service I will go some place else to shop. So shopper beware the price might be right but the service sure sucks and lord help you if your package is lost, you may as well just give Kohl's your money at that point."
"Only 2 orders with this place and one so far completely screwed up! When I called CS, her solution was to go to the store and deal with the people there. Since I ordered this online that was completely out of the question. The "robotic" sounding CS person put me on hold for about 5 minutes and then said I would be issued a credit. She then said were going to re-order and re-charge me for the incorrect order, now of course the new charge would be immediate while my original credit would take weeks. Then to make matters worse some of the items were no longer available. I asked this useless company to just credit my CC and not to issue a re-order. She said good bye was ready to hang up. I inquired what I was supposed to do with the crap I received. She said UPS would be calling me. This idiot was ready to hang up the phone without giving me full instructions on how to handle this whole process or what was going to happen. I have yet to receive my second order from these idiots so I have my fingers crossed they won't screw that one up either. I'll never buy from these losers again as they have useless people shipping their product and even greater idiots manning their CS department. "
"Kohls carries great merchandise at fair prices. However it could do much, much better keeping track of stock availability both online and on brick and mortar stores. Trying to find out if an item is available on other stores than what you're currently at is very tedious, and even though the associates are courteous enough, the antiquated computer system is definitely not friendly. The website is even less helpful, the ability to find out if an item is available on any story was nonexistent. Returns also tend to be tedious, and it's more of a hit or miss depending on how well trained the particular associate you're dealing with is."
"While I have been satisfied with most of Kohl's products and find the Web site much faster than JC Penney.com, for example, their shipping is pretty slow. I paid for expedited shipping when I learned I was going to be hospitalized and needed some hospital-friendly pajamas, but it still took forever to receive my order.I have refrained from ordering from them at times because of their slow shipping, and because they don't have product reviews on their Web site. A product description often doesn't tell you all you need to know to make an informed decision, so it helps tremendously to read other buyers' insights (which is why I'm probably Amazon's #1 customer)."

The website is easy to use and friendly, the prices are real sweet, and if you register to their mailing list, you're enjoy the benefits of extra discounts, usually 20%! this was my third time to buy there, and it is really great deal, and with huge selection. "I've found a good benefit of shopping Kohls.com online is the size selection, specifically Big & Tall in my case. I won't say its got everything, but if you check regularly you find some things worth getting, and if you get a good sale and one of their Kohl's card discount coupons it can work out to good prices. For less then 80 buckaroos I got two pairs of jeans, a pair of boxers, two packs of socks, two tees and two other shirts. My two issues were with the 'free shipping', I had to spend over 75 to get it, but apparently that had to be after the coupon discount. And my other issue was the slow speed. I ordered on a Wednesday and it didn't get onto a UPS truck until Monday, so it too over a week to finally arrive."
