"Think twice before ordering on-line from them! BUYER BEWARE! I ordered 4 curtain panels in October 2010 from them. A week later I rec'd a UPS package from them containing ONE...not four panels. Furthermore the panel was NOTHING like the picture on the internet...wrong color, different style. I now have been charged for 4 curtain panels...and only have one. I contact them and get the run around. I discover they have the WRONG curtain pictured on their website for the item #. They finally admit this....but yet have NOT changed the internet listing two months later. They claim they will send UPS to pick up the wrong panel and credit my account. Two more weeks passes and I still don't have the UPS pickup. I contact them again. I finally get a UPS pick up tag. They credit my account finally for the 3 panels I never rec'd. I wait another 2 weeks (mid December now) and they have NOT yet credited the last 30.00 for the panel I sent back to them. I begin contacting them. They claim they do not have it back yet. I dig out my UPS tracking tag and give them the information that shows a guy named LEE signed for it at their warehouse on NOVEMBER 29th, 2010. ...then they MAGICALLY find and verify they do have it. They tell me to wait 5-7 days for the refund to appear in my account. I wait...and wait. I contact them again. They claim they sent my refund through on December 30, 2010 and to wait 3-5 days for it to appear in my account. I wait...and wait...and contact them again. They tell me the credit was processed on January 12th, 2011....and to wait 5-7 days for the credit to be "VISIBLE" in my account. Now I am ticked! VISIBLE? What the heck does that mean? I contact them again a week later...still no money. Now they tell me they credited my account on December 30th and that my bank account has the money and I should check with my bank. I have done that...there is NO MONEY from them in my account. I contact them AGAIN ....they tell me they will investigate it - and that I should wait 7-10 days for them to resolve the issue and get back to me.
I have a stack of emails a foot deep from them...one lie and one contradiction after another. It is almost comical. So BUYER BEWARE...they can debit your card in seconds....but for some reason they refuse to credit it back. You will get the run around and you will never speak to the same person twice...and they are not remotely interested in helping you.
"i placed an order for the xbox 360 kinect bundle on Dec. 23. As of Dec. 28, it has not shipped and is STUCK in processing. After calling them for 3 days in a row, I was told this is level 10 priority and they are doing everything they could to get my order UNSTUCK from processing and moved to shipping. WTF!!! Go get my order and put it on the truck for delivery! I was supposed to receive my order on Dec. 28. That won't happen since it is the day before and it will not ship!!! I called one day and was told it had shipped from one warehouse to the other so I could not cancel the order. I called the next day and was told it had not shipped from anywhere and that is when I found out it is stuck in processing. They blatantly lied to me! UGH! I will never order from them again!"

"My problem is very similar to all of the rest. I ordered a bike on black Friday because it was in stock. The rest of the items I ordred came on time. On the 14th of december it still said when I checked online that its was supposed to ship in 7-9 buissness days. I called they said they sent me an email, nope never got an email. Never got a refund. They told me too that it was out of stock when I ordered it. Well, online it didn't say that! Needless to say never got a refund after told to allow 3-5 buisness days for it to get back into my acct.
Called again on the 22nd. Was told the same BS! At this point I was even more pissed. I then asked for my shipping $ back. Told the same garbage about allowing 3-5 buisness days. On the 23rd I got 3 deposits from kmart totaling $1.60! Wtf?! I'm insulted and pissed! My order online still says the sme thing. Called for the 3rd time today the 27th. Got absolutley nothing accomplished. When the guy on the other end told me ( just like the other ppl) that he was tranfering it to a supervisor, I asked to speak to a supervisor and I got hung up on!! I'm. So fucking pissed! I will be taking further action."
"WORST SITE EVER!!! I ordered a kareoke machine listed for $49 and through taxes and shipping it costed me $61.98. I needed it for Christmas as a gift. It was shown as "In Stock" the day before Christmas, it arrived with the receipt on the top with the total price..and when i opened the box to find a barbie and legos.. WTF? When i called Kmart reps they said to take to a local kmart to have it shipped back, but when i went they wouldnt return bc i didnt have the receipt for the legos and barbie. THE RECEIPT SHOWS THE KAREOKE MACHINE (My order) but i didnt receive the kareoke machine! "
"I ordered Mass Effect 2 from Kmart.com on Black Friday. As of the following Monday, it had not shipped. Not a huge problem, but when Amazon put it on lightning sale for the same price, plus free shipping, I jumped on that and figured I would cancel the Kmart order.
Hah, little did I know what would be involved.
First, you can't just log in and cancel your order like you could with Amazon or any other reputable vendor. So I called them up. After 5 - 10 minutes of verifying my order # and identity, they could not cancel the order due to a technical difficulty, but I should call back in an hour. I was annoyed but called back. When I did, the system was incredibly slow, and after about half an hour on the phone, they told me they could not cancel the order because it was not being sold directly by them, but by a third party. They said I could refuse delivery (not likely, UPS is just going to drop it on my porch when I'm not home) or return it to the store (wasting my time even further, not to mention my gas).
This morning I decided to chat with customer service about this. It took about 1 hour, and at the end, I'm not sure my order is canceled. They had to "elevate" the issue and said the vendor would contact me via e-mail or phone in a day or two. I saved the entire chat log, but the whole thing was a giant farse. It's too bad I can only put 5000 characters here, else I'd share the whole thing with you."
"I feel like the shipping department is trying to say, "There, that'll teach 'em to ever order from here again and make me work" when they are preparing my shipment. It's that bad. Leave an hour to clean up the foam peanuts after you open your box, and have 7 garbage bags handy. Unless you are shopping for foam peanuts, then just go ahead and buy anything in the store and you'll get a gross for free."

"Went to Kmart on 23rd on October. Put 1 product on layaway with $27.00. Found product cheaper at another store. Went to Kmart on 11/01/10 to cancel layaway and they charged me $25.00 to cancel. Wont be shopping there ever again!!!! No chance for resolution on this."
"I ordered four figures online and two of the figures were canceled and frankly, I was pissed off that I was told that the two items I ordered were out of stock and were "out of stock when it was purchased." That's complete bull crap. I only ordered through K-Mart because they were listed as IN-STOCK. If it was listed as out of stock, I wouldn't have even bothered. Had I have known that these people enjoy listing things as in-stock when they are, in-fact, out of stock, then I would have never even ordered through this piss-poor site in the first place. The very fact that those said items are STILL LISTED AS IN-STOCK EVEN RIGHT NOW on the website ticks me off even more. Talk about kicking a man while he's down; they have these items listed in-stock AND at a lower price than I originally purchased for! What sucks is that the two that ARE shipped were purchased ONLY because I wanted other two. I'm never using them again. "
"It's one of my worthless on-line shopping experiences! After I placed the order (21 items), I was notified that order was canceled because they are out of 2 items... But my order was stay place on website! They took it out one week later, just after I call them! I replaced the order yesterday(19 items). And now when I placed my second order I lost my $5 coupon for subscribing to "Sears & Co" website... My husband call them today... You would expect they give me my money back?... No way!! And You know what more? They say - that checking of availability will take..... UP TO 13 DAYS!!!!! THIS IS INSANE!!!!!! Would You expect all this from company what is so respectful? Not me.
